This was an outstanding rental. Well-appointed. Clean. Short walk to a private snorkeling heaven filled with sea turtles. Really nice pool. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay here very much. Napili Market is close, as well as a snorkel and paddle board rental shop. Beaches nearby with easy access. I would rent here again. Very safe, peaceful and quiet. Beds are very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property! It was clean, quiet, well-stocked, and very comfortable for our family of 4. The views are outstanding, and trade winds flow through the windows keeping it well-ventilated and cool. The property is well-maintained and there is a wonderful little cove to snorkel and a pool to swim in literally a 5 min walk from the property. So peaceful to just stare out into the ocean! Rick is also an outstanding person to rent from. He is very responsive and so kind. I would rent from him again!

My husband and I stayed in this duplex style 2 bedroom/2 bath home for just under a month. Decor is as pictured. Well appointed kitchen with all the utensils, spices etc. you might need. Tastefully decorated, cottage/beachy feel to property. Trade winds and inside ceiling and floor fans help to cool home. The views are OUTSTANDING! Grounds are well kept. We were surprised to sit on back porch and see whales breaching in April & May! Dolphins swimming close by were abundant as well. We liked the privacy of this little gated community. This house is convenient to shopping, snorkeling, beach combing, the Market etc. We practically had the pool and beach area to ourselves the entire stay. First time for us to stay in Napili area. It is generally wetter in this area the months we were here so if the weather at the house looks overcast or rainy, just drive a few minutes towards Lahaina on the lower Hwy road and 95% of the time you will find sunshine! Owner was responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Wonderful relaxing home, comfortably furnished, in a quiet gated community with beautiful sunset views of Molokai and the milky way overhead at night! We enjoyed the pool and cove for snorkeling a short walk away. A peaceful retreat away from the busy resorts.
