Offering casual elegance in sunny south Kihei, our condo has a warm and inviting atmosphere, guaranteed to provide the ideal setting for fun and relaxation. Our spacious private lanai looks to the ocean through the interior of this quiet complex, offering views of the expansive lawns, pools, and lush tropical landscape of palm trees, hibiscus, birds of paradise and plumeria trees with views of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, with the islands of Kahoolawe and Molokini in the distance. There are two pools, two barbeque areas, each with both charcoal and gas grills, a covered pavilion, and a full-size tennis court on the property. The beautifully landscaped Hale Kamaole complex is directly across from Kamaole III State Beach Park, one of the most beautiful and safest beaches in the Islands. It is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, sunning, jogging, picnicking, kite flying, and especially enjoying amazing sunsets and whale watching. Wonderful Keawakapu Beach is a very short walk away. The complex is at the most desirable quiet end of South Kihei, yet within easy walking distance of Kihei’s shops and restaurants.
Our condo has been extensively renovated and modernized! Gleaming bamboo floors throughout our condo luxuriously complement new and tropically themed furniture. Elegant plantation shutters have been newly installed in both bedrooms. The walls are adorned with stunning pieces of art. The sofa couch in the living room opens to a queen-sized bed with a super comfortable memory foam mattress. The main floor bedroom contains a comfortable king bed and has plentiful storage. Upstairs, the private master bedroom is furnished with a king bed furniture suite and its own ensuite bathroom.
The kitchen features modern stainless-steel appliances including an ultra-quiet stainless steel Bosch dishwasher. The kitchen is roomy, modern and fully stocked with everything you need including a coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, rice cooker, and a blender for those tropical drinks you’ll enjoy while relaxing on the lanai.
Both bathrooms have been completely renovated, including new cabinets, stunning granite counter-tops, new beautifully tiled walk-in showers, and all new bathroom fixtures.
The full-size Maytag washer and dryer in the unit are brand new. The living room has a 48" SMART TV and a high-definition Digital Video Recorder. Our cable subscription includes the Digital Variety and HD Entertainment Paks with over 300 TV channels.
Our lanai closet contains everything you need for your beach experience: beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, coolers and beach toys. We have an ample supply of beach towels.
While the breezes through our 3rd (top) floor condo are wonderful and allow for open windows, the condo has air conditioning in the living room as well as both bedrooms and there are ceiling fans throughout, even on the lanai for those still evenings. The condo was very nice and as described. The owner supplied us with a lot of good information on the condo, but also on places to eat and grocery stores. We enjoyed the condo and would stay there again when we visit again.

Our stay is almost perfect. The place is clean and spacious and has everything we need for the beach (beach chair, umbrella, towels, etc). The only thing we don't like is the AC in the bedroom. It was so loud that it kept us up at night that we had to turn it off in the middle of the night. Luckily it was fairly cold so we were able to sleep just fine. Chris, our host, is very responsive.

We enjoyed our stay as the location was walking distance to beaches and lots of retail and food options around. The condo had all items needed to both enjoy at the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, snorkel gear, tennis equipment to use at the tennis court right outside behind the condo, laundry and kitchen cleaning supplies.
We are big at cooking and the kitchen was well equipped.
Only items we did find issue with was the AC in the living room did not have the enough capacity and barely felt comfortable enough for our fifth guest to sleep on the pullout couch at a comfortable temperature, but she made it through fine.

The unit was amazing, views were good, and overall very relaxing. The owner has done a great job stocking the unit with anything you could need. Owner communicated VERY well and provided excellent background information on the island and unit.

This rental met our expectations as advertised. It was clean and has a good across from decent beach location: not an overly busy area but not far from shops and eats. Getting to the grill area was the only negative.

We really enjoyed our short time we stayed here. The owner was quick to respond, easy to communicate with and provided some great tips and recommendations.
The space in the unit was great for our family with 2 king sized beds and 2 full bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed (the toaster didn’t work but he was replacing that once we let him know) and there were lots of beach chairs, towels and umbrellas to use. The furniture was comfortable and in good condition.
Location is easy to find and has great access to beaches just across the street. Many restaurants within walking distance.
