This is a great spot close to everything in the Waikiki Beach area. Easy to navigate. Parking included which is a huge plus. Monique was responsive and helpful. The bed was comfortable - I'm picky. The umbrella was very handy!
Overall so glad I picked this spot. I would suggest maybe equipping the condo with a small handheld vacuum - handy for cleaning up the inevitable sand ;)

Please double check all light blubs after each stay. The main entry way light blub was out. Also the room could use another light source in the living area.

We had a fantastic stay at this 1BR unit at the Waikiki Banyan. It was spotless and well-maintained, making it feel like a true home away from home. The check-in process was seamless, and the property manager was communicative and responsive throughout our stay.
The listing was accurate, and the unit was just as described—spacious, fully equipped kitchen, and it was a huge bonus to have free parking and no resort fees. The location couldn’t have been better! It’s right in the heart of Waikiki, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to explore the area.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a hassle-free stay in Waikiki!

The property is about 3 blocks from Waikiki beach and has the zoo and aquarium within walking distance. The playground and pool/hot tubs were very clean and loved by our kids. The property had more than enough towels, linens, and kitchen essentials! There is some building construction that made elevators run slow or added some noise. This unit also had beach blanket, chairs, and a stroller that all came in handy! We would definitely stay again!

Very close to great beaches in Wakiki. (better beaches than Hilton villages etc IMHO). Beach view from the room (especially from bedroom). There is obstructed view from Lanai. Many amenities such as beach chair, beach mats, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella, tents and even strollers and coolers.

The host was super friendly and very easy to communicate and to work with. The place was very clean when we got here. The property was also down the street from Waikiki Beach and the strip so it was very easy to get around. Overall the experience was a 10/10! Definitely will be booking again with Monica!

This condo was the perfect fit for our family of 4. The condo was exactly as pictured & was the perfect mix of location to Waikiki, amenities of a kitchen so we didn’t need to eat out for every meal and included a parking pass. We quickly realized that parking is a huge commodity everywhere you go on the island and so having a free spot to pull into at the end of a day after seeing the sights was a huge perk. We greatly enjoyed how quick Monique was to respond throughout our stay. The condo included some personal touches such a Hawaiian coffee, sunblock block, shampoo/conditione/body wash and then had enough amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap etc for our 8 day stay. We weren’t originally planning to boogie board in the ocean but since the boards were provided, we decided to give it a try and found out how much fun it was. Ended up using the boards, beach chairs, beach towels, beach mat throughout our stay, which made our beach days perfect.The Waikiki Banyon felt safe and clean, especially compared to other places we walked through during our visit. We did not use the pool because we came to Hawaii to discover all the amazing beaches. We loved sitting out on the patio deck for our morning coffee and having the partial view of the ocean. Beds were very comfortable, air conditioning and ceiling fans kept the condo at a perfect temp, condo size gave our family of 4 enough space to store our luggage and amnesties during our stay. We had a great time we were arriving a few hours before check in and she was very accommodating to let us check in early. The room was exactly as listed. The bed was very comfortable lots of pillows, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and beach gear. The ceiling fans were great at night so we didn't have to run the AC all the time. The location was great we didn't have to rent a car as we had planned to do. We would definitely stay again. The only draw backs were out of the owners control. It's an older building and one of the elevators was out of order so it could take awhile to get in and out. The pool area had construction on going that was very loud it sounded like they were drilling right above us but it was 3 floors down. It rained very hard a couple days so we stayed in but there was no sleeping in because the work started early the only relief was on the weekend. We really did have a good time minus the noise.
