Since purchasing C-22 we have completed a massive remodel that includes an expanded kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinets, and new floor tile and carpet throughout. Both bathrooms were remodeled with new vanities, granite countertops and decor tile in the baths and showers. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and adjoining bath. The upstairs loft bedroom has two twin beds and private full bath. The living room is equipped with a flat screen HD TV, DVD, CD player and stereo. Completely new living room furniture and bar stools were added in May of 2019. We also added an electric solar shade for the lanai to reduce direct sun and heat during the warmer times of the year. Newly added in October 2019 is a full split system air conditioner for full unit cooling during the hot summer months. Just added in 2020 are new living room and bedroom wood blinds and new carpet throughout. The full kitchen includes stove, refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster and full supply of dishes and cooking utensils. Ceiling fans are located throughout the unit in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Full Maid service is done on every third and seventh day of your stay and free internet and free parking are included. Our unit is managed by the on site rental office who immediately respond to make emergency repairs or resolve issues. You can even make your final payment at the desk upon arrival or pick up keys from on site security if you arrive after hours. When comparing other units at Napili Point, be sure to check if the unit you are comparing has air conditioning, on site management and maintenance, and offers maid service during your stay. Also exclusive for units in the resort rental pool are no cleaning deposits or additional resort fees.
The private lanai has a table and four chairs plus a lounge chair. There are two complex swimming pools and oceanfront gas barbeques to prepare your favorite island entrees.
We are located in Napili, one of the best kept secrets in Maui. Napili Point is a low rise condominium complex where relaxation and serenity are a way of life. This property is right on the ocean with stunning views from the main living areas and upstairs loft bedroom! You can snorkel in Napili Bay right below and we saw giant sea turtles which are regulars in this bay apparently. Check out The Snorkel Store report on Instagram daily though. All our days were rated excellent except the last which was extreme danger due to undertows

The overall property is perfectly located in a pristine bay. Views are outrageous. Unit itself is clean and as advertised. Needs some updating especially the bathrooms, but do not let this deter you from coming. Would stay here again.

We chose this location for the amazing snorkeling in the bay below and the incredible views. We were either on the balcony enjoying the views or in the bay. This was a beautiful, clean condo perfect for our family with the two beds in the loft for the kids. the kitchen had everything we needed and the furniture and beds were really comfy! We also appreciated that it had cable and strong wi-fi! We will be back, thank you for a memorable week!

The views are dreamy! We watched 3-8 turtles swimming daily from the balcony. Sunsets from the point were beautiful. It’s a short walk to the beach to go back and forth with kids. Plenty of food options and shopping within minutes. Napili is my favorite place to stay on Maui and this home’s location was great! The snorkeling nearby is hands down the best of the best.
The unit was just as expected. If I had to be picky to help make this place even better I was a little surprised there was no salt, pepper or basic cooking items and having one towel per person for an entire week was pretty frustrating when most people spend their time at the beach and in the water all day. I ended up buying additional beach towels on day 2.

This was our bucket list vacation and it was perfect! The accommodations were just what we needed and more than we expected. The view is amazing and the owner was responsive to all questions ahead of arrival. We checked in late and the security guy was super nice and quick to help us out. I’d book again without hesitation.

The location is perfect! The condo needs to be updated and was not cleaned well at all upon our arrival. It was dirty and had a musty spell. We loved our time in Maui and the balcony was where we spent most of our time!

You can sit on the lanai and watch sea turtles in the bay.
This is near Napili beach, but you have to walk over rocks to get there. It was fine for us, but difficult for my parents, who were staying in another unit at the same property.
