Unlike some of the units that have 8 ft ceilings, our condo has 16 ft. cathedral ceilings making the space even more spacious and airy. Studio has its own private lanai, with outdoor sitting to enjoy your incredible views or to enjoy the nightly live entertainment coming from Happy Talk Restaurant. We also provide "free" to our guests, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and igloos while other units may not offer this.

This is one of the few units where you DO NOT need a "shuttle" to be taken to unit. It is located right next to the parking lot. Most units at Hanalei Bay Resort require a use of a personal shuttle bus to reach their destination.

We had a wonderful time in Kauai! Our place was perfect for two people and the view was amazing! They really thought of everything and had so many little helpful things in drawers. Even down to the extra power ships they had to be able to charge devices. All of it was very helpful!

We loved our stay at Theresa and Milo’s place! The views are stunning! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, winding down at the pool after long days of snorkeling and hiking, and the sunset views. The restaurants on site are extremely convenient as is the golf carts that take you down to the beach. The unit is a great size for 2. No kitchen, but mini fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes were enough for breakfast and to go food. Milo and Theresa were great hosts and were great at communicating all info we needed ahead of checkin! Can’t wait to come back!

We loved staying here and definitely come back. Hanalei Bay Resort is a huge property and many units need to get golf cart rides from the parking lot to their unit; however this unit is right next to the parking lot, overlooks the pool, and has a beautiful ocean view! The room has beach chairs and snorkels which we enjoyed using. The private beach is less than a 10min walk from the unit (or you can get a ride) and it is quite beautiful. I highly recommend staying here!

Hanalei Bay Resort had wonderful amenities, the tropical pool with waterfalls and lush tropical plants and the grounds were immaculately kept. The Happy Talk bar and grill had great food, live music and he views from it were fabulous. The studio was decorated so nicely, very updated, so clean, king size bed/pillows were very comfortable and the bonus was the incredible view from the large Lanai. We saw double rainbows a couple of days, but sitting on the lanai viewing the waterfalls off in the distance and the pretty bay with mountains in the backdrop was the highlight.
It is a studio, with no kitchen, but the owners have added a small portable frig, microwave, coffee pot along with basic dishes. You do have to wash any dishes in the bathroom sink which took a bit of getting used to but it was nice having plates, cups, silverware etc.
Owner was very responsive and so nice.
Highly recommend this unit and Hanalei Bay Resort.

Hanalei Bay Resort is nestled right into the bay with easy beach access, a pool and tennis courts. Milo's unit has a gorgeous view and we sat and watched the sunset each evening. The unit was clean and had all we needed for our stay.
