Check in process was simple, the place is perfect with a nice balcony overlooking the ocean. Owner also left us a chocolate gift which was so nice!

This condo was the perfect place for my family to stay. The condo is very nicely furnished, impeccably clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great location, quiet but close enough to beaches and dining options. Communication with the property owner was seamless and she was very quick to respond.

Convenient condo for running around as it is right at entrance. This was great for us because we seldom leave the Wailea area, and why would you, it's the best area of the Islands. The lanai was great, shaded and cool with just enough sun, surrounded by healthy lush bamboo, great for eating, sitting and napping.

Palms Wailea is a great location! This townhouse is lovely and guest ready with a spacious well stocked kitchen and updated appliances. Very open living area, light and bright with multiple glass sliders onto the large patio ready with padded lounges, wicker chairs, dining table and barbecue. Nice size primary bedroom…with a great mattress to catch a good nights sleep!
2 full baths with extra towels and toiletries.
Beach chairs and towels, umbrella and cooler for guest use! We enjoyed it all! Jillian was a very
accessible host from booking to checking in to departure. Thanks so much for sharing this property with us! We loved it!

My wife and stayed for a week and had a great experience. We really enjoyed the location and the condo had everything you need to make it feel like a home away from home.
All around a great experience and if we get the chance to come back, we’ll be looking to stay here.

We truly enjoyed the space of this unit. The outside lanai area was larger than we thought as well as a surprising view of the sunset. Unit was well appointed and clean. Good location to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again when back in Maui.

Description was spot-on and you cannot go wrong staying here. This condo is so close to everything needed in Waelea-lots of options to rent out there but would positively rent from Jillian again. Only thing to add is if planning a trip to the local beach, consider driving so you don’t have to carry all the stuff (umbrella, chairs, coolers, etc) - lots of parking down by the beach!
