The home is very nicely appointed for a comfortable stay including fresh bath and beach towels, umbrellas, pool floats, pool dishes, coolers, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances.
Townhouse apartment is accessed by private sliding glass door off shared front entrance lanai. Adjacent separate studio unit may be occupied and utilizes front stairs to lanai. Amenities include a large pool and cabana with grill, onsite parking and miles of walking/jogging trails. Guests can conveniently walk to nearby Princeville Center, Westin resort, Prince Albert park with a playground, 2 miles to Hanalei Bay Resort, several small beaches down hiking trails, Queen's Bath, all by the new Princeville Path. Use of full size stacked washer dryer laundry room (shared) and soap is provided for you.
Princeville at Hanalei is the most beautiful base to explore Kauai's majestic north shore and all the island.

The condo was in a great location. Easy walk to the beach or local shopping village. Space was as advertised. The pool was fun with ping pong and corn hole in a covered area which we took advantage of when it was raining. There were a few cleaning issues that I brought to the attention of the owner and she was very prompt getting back to me.

Our family had a great time staying in this unit. Our kids loved how close it was to the pool, and we appreciated the beach chairs. The washer and dryer are great, very helpful when you stay for 7+ days. We loved it and will be back. Mahalo!

Wonderful place for families! Plenty of room, very clean AND a fantastic swimming pool. I needed a fairly last-minute place to stay and I appreciated walking to the Princeville Center rather than driving. The only downside was how close the units are to one another. I could hear conversations from neighbors. Other than that, a fantastic place in every way.

We had the most amazing stay. Victoria was incredibly sweet and responsive, and had prepared sweet little touches in the house for us, including a hand written birthday card 😊 The place was fabulous. Clean, spacious, and amazing vibes. There were 7 of us staying for my birthday, a girls getaway, and we would all definitely want to come back and probably will!!

First time in Kauai and loved the Princeville area. Victoria was very nice and responded right away to all of our questions. It does feel like a beach house and kids loved the loft area. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and two ice coolers are thoughtfully provided. Right across from the pool area where you can do your grilling and play ping pong too. Great family trip! My sister‘s family of four and me and my twin boys we’re all celebrating our birthdays. very nice accommodations pool right across from the balcony. Very close places to walk to the beach. She have lots of extra beach items in the closet which we added to that snorkel gear that we didn’t use and a frisbee so we left them for the next people I was coolers chairs boogie boards paddleboard everything you need for the perfect day at the beach. Very nice decor and plenty to cook with in the kitchen. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful time at this property, which was perfect for our stay in Kauai. It was in a fabulous location, within walking distance from a calm, safe beach, as well as Hanalei (and Queen’s Bath, if you want an adventure!). The house was clean and comfortable, with lots of amenities. Victoria was an extremely attentive host — she responded right away to any questions. The pool was unfortunately closed for repairs when we stayed, but Victoria was very communicative about the issue and worked to remedy it! Overall, we really could not have been more pleased! Don’t miss this great location!

Our group of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our time in the North Shore! The house was perfect for 7 adults and we all fit comfortably. Great location and amenities. Unfortunately there was an unexpected issue with the pool during our stay so we were not able to use it. Otherwise everything else was great!
