Beach - only a few steps across the street to beautiful White Sands Beach. Excellent for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding and scuba diving.
Golf - the nearby Kona Country Club (2 miles south) offers two beautiful 18 hole courses, while the famed Mauna Kea courses are an easy drive (about 25 miles north).
Shopping - just a half mile south to nearby Keauhou Shopping Center or 4 miles north to Kona town.
Scuba Diving - world class boat diving companies in nearby Kona town. The calm, crystal clear underwater world off the Big Island's Kona Coast is known as a premier destination for snorkelers and scuba divers.
Snorkel - see colorful tropical fish, sea turtles, and the occasional eel as close as La’aloa Bay across the street or walk or drive 1 mile south to Kahalu’u Beach Park, one of the Big Island’s most popular snorkeling spots.
Surf - great beginner surfing near Kahalu’u Beach, lessons available; there are several advanced surfing spots along the 4 mile stretch of Ali'i Drive toward Kona town.

No pets of any kind are allowed for any reason at any time.

There is no cleaning fee and the unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after guests check out. Guests are expected to maintain the unit during their stay and leave it as they found it.

This condo was the best we’ve stayed in since coming to Kona 10 years ago. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Kona. Right across from Magic Sands Beach, Restaurant and Grill, on the Kona trolley line for easy access to downtown.
The owners are amazing responding in minutes when I had a question.

We loved our stay. Our place was super clean, beds were comfy, there were enough towels for the neighborhood. Every possible kitchen item you could imagine was there and stored in a remarkably organized manner. The complex is quiet, and the outdoor grill area is very clean. The hot tub was perfect. There are special touches throughout the rental: a welcome arrangement full of snacks and treats, dish soap, laundry soap/dryer sheets, extra trash bags and TP as well as cleaning materials. Erin is a delightful and prompt communicator. We recommend her place whole-heartedly.

Loved our stay here! Close enough to see the ocean, a lovely lanai to eat meals on, a pool and hot tub, a place to grill, and quiet at night. Condo had everything we needed, including for making Christmas dinner. Hawaii is pretty magical, and this place just added to the magic.

Erin’s apartment is great. The location is unique being close to the Magic Sands beach that has lifeguard, great sand, good waves, amazing sunsets, while still being quiet in the evening/night. The apartment has all you need for day to day living:- pots,pans, plates, BBQ utensils, towels, beach toys, snorkeling equipment, etc. We literally did not have not buy anything but food. The pool was a nice option to have in the days where the waves were too big for the kids. All in all this place was a great choice for us. Would absolutely recommend and hope to come back one day.

This condo was perfect! It was equipped with everything you could ever want for the beach as well as having a well equipped kitchen and AIR CONDITIONING! It was steps away from the beach and had an assigned parking spot. Owner even provided snacks. It was absolutely perfect.

Wow- we loved this place. Super quiet, fully stocked and a terrific cove across the street that was perfect for snorkeling. The pool was also wonderful. The most comfortable beds! Very thankful to have stayed here-

We enjoyed our stay at your place and appreciated the cleanliness and all the kitchen, bathroom and beach items available to us.
Thought we would have a view of ocean by photos given but did not unless you wanted to really reach out beyond the deck railing. View from pool!
A couple extra blankets would have been nice because sofa was quite uncomfortable with plastic coverings on cushions!
Overall a great place and would stay again if available on our next trip!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything we needed/wanted. The beds and furniture was comfortable (always something I look for in a review). :)
We would be happy to stay here again. One note might be that, while there is an elevator, you still have a 1/2 flight of stairs to the condo. This was fine for us, but wanted to make someone aware who may have issues with stairs.
