Welcome to Hale Kailani at Poipu Beach Estates! Kailani means “heavenly waters” in the beautiful Hawaiian language, and you will find just that at this luxurious tropical property. Cascading waterfalls into the heated pool create a soothing ambiance as you enter the property. Pristine inside and out, this brand new 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home and 2-bedroom, 2-bath cottage are sure to exceed expectations and are the perfect place to unwind from your day.
Featuring a private, heated pool, guests can enjoy the water from the comfort of your own front yard. White sand beaches are located less than a 5 minute drive from the property, or a comfortable 10 minute walk, if you are in the mood.
The main house includes two master suites, each with a king size bed, soaking tub, walk-in shower with two shower heads, and ample closet space. The upstairs suite (the only bedroom on the upper level) also includes a private lanai perfect for enjoying a drink while taking in the beautiful island views. Additional rooms in the main house include a shared guest bathroom and a bunk room featuring a “twin over full” configuration plus a twin-size pull out trundle bed. The final bedroom contains a queen bed and overlooks the immaculate courtyard and pool. Additionally, the living room sofa opens up to a queen-size sofa bed, making the home well equipped to accommodate 12 individuals.
The house is ideally situated to take advantage of the tropical breezes with multiple window, door and screen options available. If the trade winds die down, each bedroom and each of the main living areas also includes its own split air conditioning unit, so every guest will stay comfortable at any time of the day.
The cottage features two upstairs bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has access to the second bathroom, also with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs, the living room boasts a queen size pull out sofa bed, full kitchen, dining and laundry area. The cottage can accommodate 6 guests.

With ample sleeping accommodations (18 total between the main house and cottage!) and large gathering areas, Hale Kailani offers the perfect mixture of public and private spaces for individuals to socialize together, or relax in private. We loved our stay-very clean, roomy. We were there on a vacation with our 4 children and their spouses and grandchildren. They provided alot of extras such as beach chairs, beach wagon, ice chest, baby supplies including stroller, high chair, pack n play. The kitchen appliances were great for our family for cooking meals. Very close to beach. The outside area and pool were beautiful to relax. Thank You so much for a great experience

We had 15 people ages 6-60+ from 6 households from 3 states come together and this house was perfect. Bedrooms are spaced out enough that you feel like you have your own space. The pool and backyard are beautiful and provide a peaceful oasis to relax while the kids swim. The house is fully stocked with anything you'd need...just check the cabinets! I would highly recommend to any family.

Fantastic house! Loved the large, open great room that had enough room for all 13 of us to hang out together while cooking and dining. Pool was lovely--surrounded by grass that allowed more of us to lay out by the pool. House was very clean and fully stocked. Location close to good places to shop and eat. Cottage is a bit awkward to enter (had to open the garage door or go around the entire building to enter through regular door), but it worked well for us since we mainly used the cottage just for sleeping. Communication with property manager was awesome. Would love to be able to stay again...

Our family (group 14) stayed for 9 days. The property is beautiful and has everything you could need, including: beach and pool toys, beach chairs, beach/pool towels, air mattresses, life vests, beach wagon, all sorts of baby items (high chair, car seat, stroller, pack n play, etc), and much more. I recommend checking cabinets in the laundry room, kitchen, and bathrooms because there were a lot of items left by previous renters that were useful (spices, sunscreen, bug spray, soap, etc). We utilized the pool a lot because it was very relaxing and fun. The location was nice because the neighborhood is quiet and close to stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this rental property — we would stay here again!

Property well maintained! Outdoor pool was great for our kids ( and adults) We had some rain but was very comfortable to stay inside and covered outside area! Beaches were easy to get to!Great places to eat. Host was very polite and communicated well.

The property and house were perfect for our Multi-Family trip. The house is immaculate and has so many extra amenities, we didn’t need to worry about renting beach gear, and the pool and yard were perfect for all of our kids to enjoy while we weren’t out and about exploring. Our family will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful house with plenty of space for our 3 families, especially with the separate building. The owner and property manager were super helpful and very responsive. The added benefit of the Athletic Club was really above and beyond. The location was great, we walked to the beach nearly every day and there are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby. We had a lovely stay and would return!
Folks should be aware that the separate building is a little awkward to access. You either need to go through the garage or around the front to the side door. Not a problem, just important to know if you are planning to have kids in there that it's not directly connected to the main house.

The house was amazing and great for a large family vacation. The house had lots of fun games for everyone, and the pool area was also very nice. The location is perfect, and a very easy walk to beaches and shops. We also really enjoyed having access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, which is a fantastic spot for a workout and other fun activities. The property manager was great and super responsive to any questions including well in advance of our trip. She was very proactive and helpful to make our stay that much more enjoyable. Would highly recommend this place.
