Overall a nice place to stay, owner is pleasant to work with. Property can use some upgrading and freshening. Toilet paper holders were sagging hard to use, doors upstairs were dirty and tub handle kept coming off. Soap dispenser in upstairs bathroom didn’t work, toilet handle was hard to flush wasn’t working well. Chairs downstairs were dingy and did not smell fresh could use a deep cleaning, maybe clean fans off very dusty. Rental was cute and cozy supplies nice amenities for visitors during their stay to use. It was difficult not having air conditioning but breeze blowing through was pretty constant. Good supply of fans tho which was nice! They keep property very tidy and it wasn’t overly noisy. Location was good to get most places quickly road outside of property is very busy but a lot of people were nice to let you out.

We arrived after a storm which had brought a mud flow. The outside property itself was in need of upkeep. The pool & hot tub area closed at 6 PM. This was our biggest complaint for the complex itself. Signage showed it used to close at 9. Pool area itself was in need of maintenance.
The condo was acceptable. For over $8K for a 16 day stay I would have expected better upkeep of the unit. The kitchen faucet was in need of replacing as were some of the windows which had pieces of glass actually missing from the louvers. The windows & screens were in need cleaning.
It is not a airconditioned unit, however we were able to utilize the fans and kept it comfortable.
We did not open the coat closet until the day before we left, because we were not wearing coats... this closed contained beach chairs, snorkeling equipment (we brought our own), pool toys and beach toys. I do not recall this being disclosed in the listing. It could have been and I forgot about.
It was not a terrible condo, I just think for the price, my expectations were higher.

A nice well kept condo very close to a small beach with calm waves. There’s also a pool and jacuzzi. Our kids had lots of fun. Price was more reasonable than others nearby too. Highly recommend.

Location was ideal, across from the Humpback Whale Sanctuary and 500 year old native fish pond that always has sea turtles sunning themselves. Perfect beach there for little ones because there are no waves or tides. Stores, restaurants, markets all within 10 minutes. The unit is super homey and comfortable with quality beds and pillows. The property manager, Barbie, is very nice and easy to work with.

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! We had all the comforts of home which made our vacation just that much easier. We had plenty of space in the condo and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect beach day.

The location was perfect! It’s just across from the beach park where we saw a ton of turtles during the morning and night. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach and right above the pool. The grounds are covered with palm trees and tropical plants with restaurants, shopping and, more beaches all with in walking distance or five minute drive. Loved it!

Great property, so close to wonderful beach with a sea wall that has turtles on it in the morning and evening. Centralized location that made travel around the island very easy. Parking spot is convenient and the entire process was easy. Barbie had great communication and the unit had everything to make the stay enjoyable. So much beach gear you may not need to rent anything! When the breeze falls off it gets a bit warm but when it’s on it provides amazing airflow in the unit.
