The Paki Maui is an oceanfront complex that offers guests use of the oceanfront Pool, Jacuzzi, and covered gas BBQ area. There is a lovely seating area for your use, or relax by the ocean in the manicured yard on the lounge chairs, or even better poolside!
This is an expertly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern condo and is now available for vacation rental. We feature complimentary unit dedicated WIFI internet service so you experience no down time! The modem is located in the living room.
Also for TV fans, we have One Great 37' Flat Screen HDTV, DVD player & IHOME. This is located in the living room. You are all set up for your indoor entertainment.
The kitchen has all modern maple cabinets, granite tops, and S/S appliances. The fridge has an ice maker, the dishwasher is full size, and a full size microwave too! The kitchen is also well equipped and stocked - everything you need for the chef's creations, and not to forget use of the outdoor BBQ's at poolside. You will have a feast!
The spacious master bedroom comes complete with a newly updated NOVA foam California King Size bed w/Pima cotton duvets for extra comfortable sleeping. There is a spacious walk-in closet and a private lanai. The second bedroom is furnished with a new NOVA foam topper for the queen size bed with Pima cotton duvets for temp controlled comfort sleeping. There is a large mirrored closet, and lots of space to store your clothes and personal items. We also have a built in 'Room Safe' to secure your valuables.
The 2 bathrooms are very modern, fresh and clean and are tiled floor to ceiling, both with roomy glass enclosed showers. We have equipped the condo with state of the art ceiling fans in every room, they cool the condo very quickly and are an alternative for air conditioning.
Sit back relax and open the lanai doors and you will enjoy the cool ocean breeze, which is what oceanfront is all about! Sit out at the table and sip a refreshing tropical drink and watch the whales breach right out front during whale season! it is true.... not a myth. We supply the basic beach items for your use as a guest. 2 Beach bags, beach umbrella, 4 beach towels, 2 beach cooler and 2 beach chairs.

We had an AMAZING time staying here! Communicating with Amy about the reservation and details of the property was extremely easy and clear. Our flight was delayed and our friends got there first, and the check-in instructions were so easy they had a seamless time getting in and getting with the parking pass. The location is perfect, especially because the calmer swimming and snorkeling beaches during our stay were just north of us. The condo comes with so many helpful items for your water trips, and the building laundry units were SO convenient. The place was very easily cooled with so many ceiling fans and screen doors on the lanais. Would absolutely stay here again!

We enjoyed the view but that’s about it.
The furniture, including beds, were uncomfortable and all need updating. The oven was filthy and kitchen too small to be functional. The master bathroom had mold in the shower, ceiling and floor tile. The toilet leaked at the floor.

The whale watching from the lanai was fantastic! Great location, close to most places we went. The ceiling fans were caked with dirt and dust. Besides that, most everything was clean.

Absolutely amazing!! We had such a wonderful time listening to the sounds of the ocean day in and day out! No a/c, but with the fans and the ocean breeze every evening we slept like a baby! I would highly recommend this place to any and all visitors.

This is a beautiful place with an amazing view! We saw whales in the distance, swam in the ocean right out front and enjoyed the sound of the waves. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The condo is clean and well decorated. It will be even nicer when the beach access off the grass is repaired, but it was easy to climb down. Thank you Amy!

This rental was absolutely amazing. The location was great. We’ve never stayed so close to the beach and ocean. The sound of the ocean was incredible. I enjoyed my morning coffee on the lanai in awe of the ocean. So quiet and peaceful.
This condo was close to so many things. We will definitely be back.

The condo was in the perfect location for us and had everything that we needed. It also was stocked with beach gear too, which was much appreciated. Right across the street is a coffee shop and a Boss Frogs. Short walk to a wonderful area of food trucks. The owner was very responsive and super super nice and accommodating! Highly recommend.

This was a special family trip for us and we could not have asked for a better location right on the water! Loved being able to sit on the lanai so close to the waves or out by the sea wall. Snorkeling was good right there except when it was super wavy (water became cloudy). The unit had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Amy was a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful.
