Ten of us had a lovely stay at this gorgeous house. We enjoyed the open air concept, the pool and spa, the covered veranda, the well-maintained landscaping, and the five bedrooms and baths, including the outdoor shower and bath tub. We grilled, had great meals next to the pool, and enjoyed hours of pool antics with the kids. The location was perfect for sunsets, walking to the Beach Club, as well as driving to Hapuna Beach (not to be missed).
While the housekeeper was sweet, helpful and communicative, we would have appreciated a lesson on the lighting from the property manager who was away at the time. The house is beginning to show its age and the internet connection is weak, but updating and maintenance are ongoing. All in all, a lovely place to stay. We would return.

Ten of us decided to come here together for the holidays and we had an amazing time. Our group included kids (aged 1, 3, and 5) all the way to grandparents and it was a good fit for everyone. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking for large groups, it was really nice that each room had its own restroom, and the awesome pool and close access to the beach were great to allow people/families to do their own things. Everyone agreed that we would happily come here again.

It’s hard for me to complain too much because the house was beautiful. But for the price per night, the issues we had shouldn’t be a thing. The house is great, but needs a lot of work. Multiple lights didn’t work and has issues because the dimmer switches need to be replaced. The master bedroom had a light on at all times making it hard to sleep, not to mention the terrible mattress that needs to be replaced asap. It’s literally collapsing.. The grill doesn’t work. The stove needs maintained. Outdated and worn out furniture. Outdoor furniture that was painful to sit on. Outdoor bath was filthy. Lots of great things about this place for a big group but if you are spending this kind of money, the house should have a working stereo system, a normal keypad door so that we can lock up (I appreciate you guys trust your neighbors for your property but what about mine?) and lighting that works and isn’t giving you strobe light feels throughout a beautiful home. (it’s cheap to replace a dimmer switch).
All in all, do a little maintenance & some facelifts and it’s worth the price. If not. Eeehhhh pick somewhere that matches the luxury price tag.
