An absolutely beautiful property. Perfectly clean and kept. We arrived late Friday evening and the instructions to enter were easy and made checking in seamless. Private patio with gorgeous views made for delightful mornings drinking coffee together. We couldn’t have chosen a better spot to retreat to!

We absolutely adored our stay at this lovely villa at Ali'i Kai. Super well appointed, comfortable beds and beautiful views from every room. We’ve stayed at several units at Alii Kai over the years and this was by far our favorite. We loved that it was a stand alone cottage with no one above or below. It’s meticulously decorated and clean as a pin. The AC units were a wonderful addition and it was very well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach equipment was well cared for and in good shape.
The next time we are back in Princeville this unit will be our top pick!

Beautifully appointed, great location for north shore beaches and restaurants, beach chairs and umbrellas were in great condition, ocean views from both bedrooms was awesome, enjoyed the outdoor living space.

The minute we entered the property, we felt the spirit of aloha. Accommodations are pristine, kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Great nights of sleep and beautiful mornings overlooking the ocean. We even saw a pod of dolphins swim by and the binoculars provided were a great touch! Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was truly stunning as the listing suggests. Beautifully decorated and thoughtfully organized with everything you need for a great vacation in Princeville. The back lanai was so tranquil to enjoy the company of the local chickens and soak in the amazing view which was better than pictures suggest! I would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful view. It was furnished with everything we needed. Parking is close and there are no stairs which we appreciated when bringing in luggage and groceries. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay and hope to return in the future!
