A wonderful, comfortable place to stay when in Maui.
This 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has a double lanai with the master bedroom located in the front of the condo. As you read this, the floors in the entire condo are being replaced with all new tiling! Be one of the first to experience this new remodel. The bright color decor really make it feel tropical. There's a washer/dryer located right in the condo so you don't have to spend your precious time in Maui in a laundry room.
There's covered, assigned parking so you will never be parked in that beautiful, warm sunshine.
You'll have to decide where you want to eat each day as there's a table and chairs inside and outside on the lanai. There's a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home, or walk up to the harbor where there's several places to have a meal. So many choices...you can sit on the lanai in the morning watching the whales in the winter while you decide what to do, where to go and where to eat....or just relax at the pool.

Property was in a good location. The floors were old school and white which made them constantly dirty and we had to continuously sweep and wipe them down. I know this sounds petti but with kids and sandy beaches it was work for sure. There were also no bathmats which created problems and our baby slipped a couple times in and out of the bath. We mentioned this to the property management and they finally got the place bathmats the last day we were there. Besides i guess little things like this it was a nice place to stay in.

Enjoyed our stay. Wonderful double sized lanai. Couple notes if you rent a larges SUV you will not be able to park in garage, but will utilize visitor parking on top; if you like to cook as we do cookware is limited as are serving dishes. Slight miscommunication regarding twin beds to king, but we handled it ourselves and everything worked out nicely. Walking distance to the Marina for boat tours a plus. With little one, walk to beach not feasible had to drive.

We had a great stay here. The unit was very clean and the property owner was extremely accommodating. We were supplied with a high chair and pack ’n’ play for our toddler and it made a huge difference (the pack ‘n’ play seemed brand new, too). The location was great and we found lots of great places to visit in just a short drive.

Good location close to Maalea Harbor and short drive to Kihei and Kahului. It was comfortable for four adults and two kids ages 3 and 5. We couldn’t watch the sunrise over Haleakala from the balcony as the building next door blocked the view. The one TV in the unit was only about 24 inches, so it wasnt very useful.

This condo exceeded my expectations! It is a pretty good size and Barbara was an amazing host and very very accommodating. The condo could be remodeled but regardless we enjoyed our stay.

The property has a great location, especially if you want to do snorkeling tours. The place was very clean, spacious, with a great view, and there was a nice welcome gift in the fridge. Barbara was very kind and organized.

We very much enjoyed our stay here, the property is centrally located and just fee minutes drive to every place, the sunrise view was amazing from our bedroom and living room, the apartment was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very attentive and answered every query that we had. The welcome package was very sweet and thoughtful. We will stay there again, were very pleased with our time here in this property.

This property was exactly as advertised! We were comfortable and had all we needed. The beach gear and cooler were a definite plus for our daytime excursions. Gorgeous porch for morning coffee and breakfast. Location is central for all daytime trips around the island. Not fancy, but that’s never a focus for us. Would LOVE to return!

Great location central to all areas of the island. Continuous ocean serenade. Frequent turtle sightings from lanai and seawall. Beach chairs provided in unit were appreciated. Host provided a thorough check-in guide with timely and responsive communications.
