The nearby Wailua River offers kayaking and hiking trips. Wailua Bay provides a great location for surfing, paddle boarding and kiteboarding. Reasonably priced golfing is a mile away at the 18 hole Wailua Golf Course.

We loved the condo! The condo was well stocked with all the essentials and the location was perfect. Our kids could walk out the sliding door and run around on the grass. The beach, tide pools, and pool were very close to the patio.

We enjoyed or stay at this property. The view is outstanding! The pool is beautiful, and it is a short walk to the beach and to the Coconut market for restaurants and shopping. The condo is nice and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Good. Couldn’t be closer to the beach in the pool and walking trails. You could even walk to restaurants and the grocery store.

The location was overall fantastic for our trip and lots of amenities within walking distance nearby at the coconut marketplace and Lava Lava restaurant. Nice corner unit with great views. Was a bit noisy when the guests upstairs were there -very heavy footsteps… The king bed was great - nice and firm and the living room furniture was comfortable.
Owner was great - communicative pre-arrival and the property manager was very responsive and helpful- some instructions for the tv would’ve been helpful but she came by and helped us out.

We stayed at this same condo 5 yrs ago for our honeymoon. We came back here because it is a hidden gem. Close to everything on the island. Lava lava beach club is walking distance and have a great lunch menu and happy hour. We will be back whenever we stay in Kauai.

One of the best locations in Lae Nani. Bottom floor condo with private lanai. It had a stocked kitchen and plenty of space. Bedroom was adequate size with comfortable bed. We walked along beach a few nights, would walk the Coconut Marketplace for food, shopping or groceries. Would recommend this condo mostly for couples. Great memorable stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was lovely; airy, spacious, attractive and the grounds were sublime.
‘Elepaio were resident and delightful; Newell’s Shearwaters were nesting and the chicks were noisy from 2:30 am to dawn.
Apparently these seabirds nest in Kauai’s mountains but no one told these rascals.
The heiau by the sea is an active nesting site for these endangered birds. The chicks are ready to fledge and head out to sea in the next few weeks and we were fortunate to experience their presence.
We would certainly stay again on our next trip to Kauai.

We have stayed several times at this condo complex, first at this unit. I guess we were spoiled with the other unit because this one was so ho hum. The positive was the immediate response from the owner about the problems and the great service of the property maintenance man. But arriving and having no way to use cold water in bathroom sink, have to manually flush the total via the tank and getting locked out of the unit while on the lanai kind of frustrating. Really the owner was all about getting things fixed for us, the property manager not so much. Condo works, if you have few options at this popular site on the bay but not our first choice for the future.

I have stayed in this complex multiple times over the last several years. This unit had A/C and was clean but it was dated compared to others I have stayed in. Still a nice place to stay.
