Nestled on the 35 acres of immaculately styled beachfront gardens of Kiahuna Plantation, this classic plantation style condo has everything you need for a fun and relaxing island vacation. #231 features an open remodeled living area, with vaulted ceilings, granite countertops, and new appliances. The large lanai tucked away in a sprawling Monkeypod tree, offers privacy to guests and is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee, lose yourself in your favorite novel, or experience the romantic Hawaiian sunset. Unwind after a long day in a beautifully renovated spa-like shower complete with all the amenities of home. This bright, clean and well-appointed unit has everything you need to rejuvenate after a full day of experiencing everything Kauai has to offer. All the rooms have louvered windows and doors which lets the breeze pass right through.
Kiahuna’s beach is a quick walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds. There is a manicured lawn dotted with palm trees fronting the beach and that is where you will find the Beach Hut which provides complimentary beach chairs and towels. The Hut also offers snacks and rentals of various beach toys. The beach is fairly private and it is used mostly by people staying at Kiahuna. It connects to Poipu Beach which has more activity and good snorkeling. Poipu was rated #1 by The Travel Channel and has been chosen as one of the most beautiful beaches in America.
On-site management is provided, staffed 24 hours a day. You check in like a hotel, and the friendly staff is always available to help with things to do, directions and reservations. Guests have full complimentary access to the Poipu Beach Athletic Club (right across the street) with aerobic equipment, weight training machines, tennis courts, classes and an awesome pool. Kiahuna has a laundry facility on the grounds near the condo.

- $268+ tax Checkout Cleaning Fee is additional and required by the resort. Reservations booked prior to 1/1/24 will pay fee directly to the resort at check in.
- For each 10 night stay, a mid-week “refresh” of $54+ tax is required by the resort.

A fantastic location for anyone! The unit was clean and well maintained. Stocked kitchen for the nights that we wanted to cook and spacious enough where we didnt feel cramped. The beach is a short walk away and had beach equipment to use. Megan was excellent to work with and provided great recommendations for activities to do locally and around the island. She was also very accomodating when we needed to adjust our plans. Would absolutely stay again! Thanks for sharing your place Megan!

Our whole family stayed at various properties on the resort and I liked ours the best. It was close to the pool and easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed for a great vacation.

The privacy, location, and coziness of the apartment make this one of our favorites in Kiahuna. The third floor was worth the climb, and the place was super clean. The bed was comfy, and the larger deck (and overhang) was perfect for the occasional rainy day. The owner was fantastic at communicating, and we'd come back here in a second if we could.

We really enjoyed our stay in this ground level, AC condo. It was clean and in a great spot. There are a few things that we could suggest that would help others I believe. There was only 1 dish rag and dish towel for 9 days and that was hard. There could be some more spices that are commonly used for cooking. There was a coffee maker and that made the week fun to sit on the Lanai and listen to the birds. In the outside closet there was only one chair not pair but there was 2 grass matts, that didn't make sense to us. I think that with these small things we would still stay there again they weren't a no go for staying there.

There is no A/C in the unit, but there are plenty of fans throughout the home. We went in February and never felt too “hot” inside. There is a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, etc! The lanai is beautiful with a nice private view. There is a cleaning fee you pay to the resort at time of check-in at the main office, so be mindful of that! It is on the 3rd floor so consider how much luggage you bring with. The host was great and very prompt with replying to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

It was so convenient not having to drive to the beach! The king-size bed was so comfy! There was a pack n play for my baby to use and she slept great in it. We loved every single part of staying here! My son and I stayed here for a week (he's 5) and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The owner was super kind and quickly responded to any questions we had. The location was amazing as well- walkable distance to multiple beaches and close to multiple shopping centers. The pool is close to the place and both my son and I visited it every day- there's pool side drinks and food available, and there was an awesome slide! I recommend this place for all!
