This great Ilikai 2 bedroom corner condo unit has been recently remodeled to high standards. All new travertine floors, new travertine bathroom and showers, brand new high end granite kitchen, 3 Flat screen TVs. Everything top of the line! The unit has two separate lanai's on each side of the condo, the master bed lanai does have some ocean views but this is a city view unit.

The condo was dated in design but very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint is that it was set up to the bare minimum; no dishwashing soap, foil or other kitchen amenities. The hairdryer almost caught on fire during the first use. A hotel room would have been set up better. The refrigerator ice was a solid block and unusable.

I agonized over which VRBO to choose from and I am very glad that I chose this one! It was clean. It was a great location. It had adequate space for five adults. The owner communicated well and promptly. The hourly parking in “back” was the best value and very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

the supplies were a joke. the kitchen was poorly stocked for a family of 5. no coffee filters , 1 dishwasher soap. We have stayed in many resorts and homes and never had this problem. going to buy supplies is not easy. The street noise all day and night was was a very real problem.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean and everything was as listed. We enjoyed the location by the beach, the pools, the restaurant and coffee bar on the property. However, it would have been nice to have a few more house products included to help us on our stay. Without house keeping, I would have expected some things available for us to use to keep the condo clean while we stayed there. Any guests are not going to want to spend money on full sized items they would have to leave behind. So my suggestion would be to provide your guest with a single use laundry soup pod or 2. And at least 2 for the dishwasher. Some cleaning or sanatizing spray or wipes would also be nice for guests to use througout their stay. As well as making sure there are extra garbage bags. The extra bedroom could use some extra blankets too. I realize this was not necessary but also would have been very helpful.
In addition, it was odd to have a lot of notice of entey forms and things on the door while we stayed. Most people wouldnt want someone coming in during their booked vacation time.
This was definitely not a deal breaker but something that was confusing to deal with.
