This beautiful one bedroom / two bath vacation home has been completely remodeled and is the perfect get-away.
Grand Champions is minutes away fro top-rated beaches, world class golf, numerous fine restaurants, the Wailea Tennis Club, and The Shops at Wailea which contain many high-end shops and the Island Gourmet Grocery store.
The complex contains two newly renovated pools as well as two jacuzzi spas. Gas grills are available poolside for grilling.
Our Villa is a first floor unit in a two story building. It contains a spacious 908 square feet of interior space which is bright and airy and a peaceful lanai overlooking the Blue Golf Course.
Enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner on the lanai while you enjoy the fantastic view. You will enjoy watching the golfers and listening to the native birds or sip your favorite beverage as you watch the maui sunset!
A remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, remodeled guest and master bathrooms with beautiful rock/tile showers and tub and bright and airy furnishings including a queen pull out bed will make you feel like you are living the island life!
There is a 41 inch screen cable television in the living room with a DVD player and plenty of movies to watch. There is also a smaller television set in the bedroom.
Air-conditioning is available throughout the suite, as well as ceiling fans for your comfort.
Should you wish to bring along your laptop, high speed fiber optic internet Wi-Fi access is available and complimentary.
Front loading, high efficiency washer and dryer units are located in a closet on the lanai if you want to wash during your visit.
Beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, cooler and a boogie board are available for your visit to one of the world class beaches that are about one half mile from the condo. The Wailea Beach walk, a Wailea must do, is also just a half mile away.
We also offer free parking in a designated parking spot right outside the villa.

Third time staying at GC. Great spot - convenient to shopping and restaurants in the area. I love walking from GC to the hotels and along the beachfront. There is a Market on Tuesdays across the street, cute shops and delicious coffee at Akamai. Had a couple of little issues in the condo but the owner was right on it which was very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We always stay at Grand Champions when visiting Maui and have to say this is one of the best units we’ve stayed in! The golf course view is beautiful, it’s well supplied, comfortable bed and couches, and we’re looking forward to staying in this unit on our next visit!

We recently stayed at this Grand Champions condo in Maui for two weeks, and it was the perfect hub for all our activities on the island. The condo was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a serene escape. It was well-equipped for both poolside relaxation and beach adventures, with every detail thoughtfully considered—even the kitchen knives were sharp, which made meal prep a breeze.
One of our favorite features was the condo patio, which faced west and offered stunning views of the Pacific. It was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee and, in the evenings, to watch breathtaking sunsets with a glass of wine.
The location was unbeatable. Just a few minutes' walk took us to beautiful beaches, a great walking trail, fantastic restaurants, shopping options, and the luxurious resorts and golf courses of Wailea. We loved the convenience of having everything so close by.
The condo owners are exceptional hosts, clearly taking great pride in their property. Their attention to detail and commitment to providing a wonderful experience for guests was evident throughout our stay.
Overall, this condo was an ideal base for exploring Maui and we can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

We have stayed at three other Grand Champion condos, and this one was the best-stocked, neatest, and well-supplied. Everything was stocked/provided, including beach chairs, pod laundry detergent, grilling utensils, iron and beach towels. The couches were super comfortable and well-maintained. (no wear). Great view from first-floor condo, noting not quite as expansive as the second floor, but all the same a very good view and quiet. The tvs where fine, but all truth we never even turned them on :) The Owners provide great directions as well as local restaurants and activities. We were very pleased with the unit and would return again.

The condo is beautiful, spacious & nicely decorated. Perfect location as you can walk to beach, restaurants & shopping. The condo has air conditioning however we never used as fan in each room. Kitchen is well appointed, has everything you need.
We will definitely stay here again. Was quiet & so relaxing.

First, the golf course view is breath taking. Second, the condo has very comfortable furniture that is of superior quality to that in other condos and hotels we've stayed in. Third, the condo is well stocked with everything from beach chairs/ umbrella/cooler to kitchen necessities like gadgets, coffee and storage containers. Fourth, the condo was as pictured and advertised on VRBO. Fifth, the condo was very clean when we checked in. Sixth, the owner was easy to communicate with. All positives in short.

Beautiful Condo in a beautiful peaceful, quiet setting. The only sounds you generally hear are the sound of birds, and an occasionally ping from a golfer hitting their ball…..Beautiful sun rises and sunsets off the lanai and could not be in a better area.

Renovated, well positioned unit at Grand Champions. Shout out to housekeeping for cleanliness. High quality artwork with a Tommy Bahama decor. High end Brown Jordan patio furniture. Wi-fi provided along with device charger with multi-stations. Comfortable Bahama beach chairs. Foil, plastic wrap, paper towels, and ziplock storage bags provided. Abundant hangers. Beautiful tree next to lanai spotlighted at night. Two sitting areas in living room. Ceiling fans and A/C wall units.
