Our second floor condo is located close to the middle of the building directly facing the ocean (no roads in between). It has K/T beds. Black swivel rocker/recliner, carpet throughout, end and coffee tables replaced with warm brown rattan matching TV table. New wallpaper throughout.
Lots of Corian counter working space with a large space saver microwave above. Very well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook. Eat your dinner on your own private lanai and watch the ocean activities. Walk the beach in either direction for miles. Grocery stores, churches, doctors offices, pharmacies, banks, restaurants and fast foods within walking distance. We have a lot of return guests but would love to make you part of our

Upon arrival, getting the key was a major hassle. The bed was totally unacceptable and the bathroom was in dire need of updating and the fan was broken. There were no beach chairs to sit on the beach which is customary. The kitchen was just ok. THE VIEW was a million dollar view with easy access to the beach! The location was perfect!

We totally enjoyed this condo. So close to beach (sunsets to die for), stores, restaurants, church and car rental. Nice to meet Grace and Joe too since they live on site.

If you want to be on the beach with a grocery store one block away this is it. A fully equipped kitchen, that we used for many meals. A patio view of sunsets. Plenty of towels including beach towels. When we return to Hawaii we will book again! Not for coffee drinkers, Krueger for those who are lazy and a 12 cup drip to enjoy local coffee.

We had a great time! The beach was a hop and a skip away from the unit, the sunsets were spectacular! It was all we had hoped for on our first time to the Hawaiian Islands. We will surely be back.

Has a wonderful stay at this condo with an amazing view of the ocean. We watched the sunset every night from the lanai. The condo is very conveniently close to restaurants, groceries and coffee shops, but yet privately tucked away on a side street. The owners were great with communication and very nice! The company that manages the unit leaves a "starter packet" kit of cheap toilet paper, small roll of paper towels and one very small bar of soap. I would recommend future vacationers bring their own soap and upgrade the paper products. We left our upgraded products behind for the next person. :)

Very serene, comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the lanai along with the views. The beach felt like our own private beach. We took a walk on the beach the first day there and saw 3 resting turtles on the beach. The property is very quiet and well kept.

Truly an amazing condo with great access to the beach, amazing sunsets from the lanai and close proximity to everything you would need, (food, shopping, and dining). The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you would need to cook or just relax. The owners Joe and Grace were accessible when I emailed them with a question I had, both provided excellent communication. We would definitely book again on our next trip to Maui.

I hesitate to write this but I want others to know what to do if they run into the same issue as us. The owners like to email instructions for access instead of doing it through VRBO which means, if you never receive an email you have no idea how to access the property. They were also on a plane back to the mainland and did not answer/respond to requests for help from 2pm hawaii time to 12am Hawaii time. Thankfully, we saw an after hours emergency number for the property mgmt group and we’re able to get access to the condo. I think this is all due to a technology issue rather than malice.
The condo is nice. I didn’t find it as dated as others feel it is. The view is unbeatable. However, I do wish I knew that the sun sets behind west Maui during the summer time from this viewpoint. Just a bit further south and you can see it fully set. I would say it is clean but does need deep cleaning (dust build up) but I’m picky. They have beach towels, three older beach chairs, a cooler, a pool noodle. No snorkel sets/umbrella (which is fine I just thought they did). Otherwise, it was quiet, comfortable and a great base for exploring.
