Across the street from a beautiful golden sand beach (Charley Young Beach / Kamaole Beach 1). Newly renovated (fall 2016), including a new KING-SIZE bed in master, new kitchen and bathroom - wait till you see them! New flatscreen TV with DVD player, plus DVD and screen in master bedroom. Spectacular tennis courts, and great location for jogging and cycling (bike paths and shops throughout Kihei). New (2016) sofa bed with memory foam full size mattress, also new dining table and comfortable chairs.

Amazing walk-in snorkeling near this location. Great access to tours for Molokini island, and you can walk to a convenience store. Only a 15 minute drive to world-famous Makena Beach, or take some more time and explore the beautiful volcano behind us. Haleakala, the House of the Sun, looks down on the Maui Vista. Drive up to the summit or take a day trip to Hana on the far side of Haleakala. Also an easy drive to Lahaina, where you can catch a ferry to Lanai. But you will love just hanging out in Kihei - much less rain than Kaanapali or Napili! And this is THE place to learn how to surf on the island of Maui - 1 block to surfing central. Great restaurants and shopping.

A good condo with an ocean view from its 2nd floor lanai. It was well stocked and had a washer and dryer. the bed was good too with a beateaful Hawaiian cover. The only negative was the fry pans which are old scratched up Teflon. We ended up cooking in the two stainless steel sauce pans.

Had a comfortable stay at this clean and neat property in Kihei. Perfectly located across the road from the beach with ample parking and easy walking distance to shops and lots of delicious food options. I found it to be a very convenient base for getting around Maui both by car and on foot. Check in process was easy. Would recommend.

We loved this place. It was perfectly situated across the road from beach access and walking distance to bars and restaurants. Plenty of free parking was an extra bonus. The place was spacious, clean and fully equipped with all amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice well equipped condo. Comfortable bed. Beach chairs and umbrella appeared to be new. The condo is in a quiet area of the building and close to everything. We would definitely stay again.

Our condo was quick walking distance to a sandy beach where we could watch gorgeous sunsets! The condo was clean and had the necessities needed for our 8 day stay. ( I did find the the two slice toaster did not work. ) The condo is on the second floor with a slight view of the ocean but still nice to sit out there with coffee and listen to the birds. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

For the price, the room was great. Well stocked kitchen for east cooking and leftover food storage. Bed was cozy. Hide a bed for the kids worked. Only problem is beach chairs and umbrella are not useable. Figured that out after lugging then to the beach.

We loved our stay in Kihei at this property. We had everything we needed for our stay and more. Nice central spot close to places to eat. The host also helped us find someone to help with our travel plans and they helped us find a cheaper car rental. Mahalo!!

Nice accomodation. The location is perfect. Right across the street you walk up to the beach. A lovely litle bakery (Maui bread company) nearby that opens at 7 am, supermarkets and restaurants also nearby.
