This one bedroom luxury condo is located on the ground floor of the “A” Building with a covered lanai that sits just a long putt from the ocean with views of at least three of the other Hawaiian Islands (including, Maui and Lanai).
We are told that, at just the right time of morning and the right weather conditions, you can also catch a glimpse of the Big Island.
Although we have never had that pleasure, there is nothing quite like watching the sunrise over Maui while sipping a coffee.
Unless, of course, you are not a morning person; in which case you will have to make due with watching the whales jump (in season), or, simply listening to the tradewinds blowing in the palm trees that are almost close enough to touch from the lanai.
This is our second property on Molokai.
As with our first, we set out to make it one of the nicest condos in the complex (on the island, for that matter).
We purchased this condo in 2014 and completed renovations in early 2015.
Things are pretty laid back in the Islands and even more so on Molokai.
Nothing happens quickly here and that is just one of the reasons why we love it.
The sign that greets you when you are pulling out of the airport (“Slow Down: You On Molokai Now”) is a pretty good indication of what you can expect.
This unit is decorated with an island theme with the furniture having been sourced locally.
Our condo comes complete with very attractive furniture, California King bed, 1000 thread count bedding, plush bath towels and bath robes, 55” HDTV, BOSE Sound Dock, BOSE Wave clock radio and a Dyson bladeless fan just in case the tradewinds do not keep you cool enough.
It truly has too many extras to list!
Free nationwide calling, HD cable, dedicated wireless Internet access are included and Netflix is available.
The keyless entry system will be programmed with your own personal entry code so there will be no need for you to stop by a rental agent’s office to pick up a key after what may have been an exhausting voyage.
You also don’t have to worry about losing the key!
We are confident that you will enjoy our little place in the sun every bit as much as its location.
We like to be pampered and hope that you will feel that way after your visit.
We (including, our on-island representative) will be available throughout your stay and will be very happy to be in contact via telephone and email to ensure that all of your needs are attended to.
If you find the condo to be lacking in any way, we will do our very best to make it right during your stay (recognizing the limitations that can be encountered as a result of being on an “outer island”).

This unit has a clear view of the water, a full modern kitchen, and comfortable living and lanai areas for chilling.
there is no swimming beach, but those can be found a short ride away. There is a nice pool area with a chance to socialize, or a quiet corner by the creek for self-reflection time.

We stayed a week at this property and found it to be a tremendous location. The unit is 10 steps to the ocean edge. We watched whales every morning from our lanai. There is almost anything you can think of provided for you to enjoy your stay. The site facilities are great with a pool, huge cabana area, beach area, and other outdoor activities. We planned on a vacation to relax and do some water activities, and this Island is good for that. If you are looking for anything other than hiking in nature or water activities then this is not your island. This is not a tourist island, if you want that type of vacation then go to another island. My only “issue?” with the property is the lack of AC in the bedroom for sleeping (I like to sleep cool/cold). I came from the current Seattle deep freeze so was not used to the heat (75-80 degrees). I knew this going in so I cannot fault the property and they do provide several nice fans, so it is almost a non-issue.

Condo is clean and comfortable. Beautiful views, swimming pool, beach, palm trees. Close enough to grocery and many small intimate beaches.

My elderly accompanied us to Molokai this year. She wanted her own apartmen, and we were so lucky to find John’s condo. It was in the same building as our condo, so we could check on my aunt often. The ground floor unit was perfect for her. She had a wonderful view of the ocean (with nearly daily whale sitings). Reading is her passion. John has a wonderful library and the perfect patio setup to sit and lose yourself in a good book. The condo has lovely, comfortable furnishings. Just bring a few clothes and some toiletries and enjoy John’s beautiful and relaxing accommodations. Also, I must say, communication with John prior to arrival was the best of any host we have worked with.
