This listing is for all 4 of our tiny house studio cottages & 3 level Manorhouse on the same property. Each cottage sleeps up to 5-6 people. When you want to stay with your family or friends but each have your own private house on the same property. Each has a private bathroom and kitchenette, patio and grill. There is also an on site dance/yoga studio, fire pit, and archery course. The property is 5 acres in the Kona Coffee Country- rural but close to town & beaches (15 minute drive). There is no guest laundry on site but plenty of laundromats nearby in town.

Children must be over 10 years old to use lofts
All guests age 18 & over must sign an agreement that they understand they must use caution on our property and be responsible for their own safety & that of any children with them.
