A LOT of our business is from repeat guests, so we are doing things right!!

We have several VRBO listings, so feel free to inquire about other units.

Note: This part of the island is a mixture of socio-economic backgrounds. We have multimillion dollar homes mixed with lower income housing and unfortunately, some homeless camps. There are camps on the west side because of the great weather, but there are homeless all over the island, especially in the big city. The average price of a home is well over a million dollars here. That prices a lot of people out of paradise. That being said, you are much more likely to be a victim of a crime in Waikiki or at a tourist destination than you would be at the Hawaiian Princess. We are a gated and secure building. Most people leave their lanai doors open 24/7 to let the breeze come in and to hear the sights and sounds of the ocean. Just as an FYI, we live in the area, and we have never had an incident related to the homeless, except maybe someone holding a sign looking for a meal or a couple of dollars....
