E102 is on the first floor and has ocean and lagoon views. This beautiful 1-bedroom, 2 bath unit with a well-equipped kitchen along with in-unit washer and dryer, is 1,058 sq ft with an additional 314 sq ft lanai that opens to the living and dining rooms. The master bedroom has a private lanai.
The Terrace offers quality, privacy, luxury, and a real sense of getting away from it all. The Terrace condominiums have gated access and are located in the midst of a tropical setting of ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Just steps away, scenic foot trails weave throughout the preserve and along the beach. The Terrace is within walking distance to the private Beach Club, the Mauna Lani Auberge Resort and the Mauna Lani Tennis facility.
Guests have use of key card access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club where one can enjoy a magnificent beach and snorkeling with lifeguards, private parking, use of lounge chairs and rest room/shower facilities along with access to an excellent seaside restaurant. Ocean sports equipment is available to rent at the beach.
The on-site recreation facilities at the Terrace condominiums include recently renovated 22' x 60' swimming pool, spa, gas barbecues and picnic areas. Privacy is protected by the quality construction with eight inch thick concrete walls. Covered parking, just steps away from the condo, is available at no additional charge.
Cancellation Policy. If a guest cancels a reservation outside 60 days, an immediate refund will be provided. For cancellations within 60 days we will refund the nightly rental, taxes and cleaning fee for all nights we rebook. We are unable to refund Vrbo traveler fees or insurance fees.

This is a very easy review, perfect location that is exactly as advertised and so well stocked and supplied we only bought groceries. We stayed nine nights and had zero disappointments.
If you are seeking a resort experience, do much better than a hotel. Room to relax yet within five to 15-minutes you can walk to any of the resort restaurants/ bars.
We could not have been more pleased and will not only recommend to others but, of course, return for more.
Dave and Susan take pride of ownership and comfort of their guests to heart.

This was my husband's and my second stay at Sue and Dave's beautiful condo. They have created a wonderful environment for a vacation. Every detail of what you might need is already there in the condo complete with a thick binder on the coffee table answering any question you might have with tons of great suggestion of what to do during your stay. They are always available to answer any question you may have and respond quickly. It has become one our favorite places to go in the world and we will be returning. Thank you, sue & Dave.

We had a wonderful stay in this peaceful condo! The unit was clean and welcoming and the lanai was perfect - overlooking both the ocean and a beautiful fish pond. Easy walk to the pool and the neighboring Mauna Lani Auberge Resort. The owners took great care to make sure we had a nice stay, and their recommendations for local dining and entertainment were greatly appreciated. The unit was also well equipped for preparing meals and eating in. We would definitely stay here again! Mahalo.

My husband and I had a great stay here April 14 to 20, 2024. The location next to the Mauna Lani Hotel really can't be beat. We were able to walk over to the hotel to grab a coffee in the morning, and also walked to dinner one night. There are many walking trails as well.
Having the two bathrooms in the condo was a major plus, and the view from the lanai was so wonderful. It is so great to have all the extra space that a condo gives you over a hotel room.
The beach club that is available for use was very nice, with a quiet lagoon, and cabanas and loungers for guests. There is a restaurant right there, and would have been a great option to get lunch, but the day we were there, Monday, April 15, their gas was shut off, so they could only offer cold items. The beach club was a small area, and was very crowded, even though it was still just mid-April. We prefer a different ambiance, so we took the drive up the highway the rest of the week to the beautiful beach at the Mauna Kea Resort. The public parking lot there is small, so if you want to explore that beach, go early!
The condo is also close to a small shopping center with a grocery store, where we bought a few provisions, and a Tommy Bahama restaurant and store. There are a few more restaurants and shops there as well.
Sue and Dave, the condo owners, were so helpful with lots of information regarding local dining options and activities. We really appreciate all their help, and thank them for making their condo available.

We had a terrific stay at Mauni Lani Terrace Condominiums. This was our first stay at Big Island in over 25 years and did not know what to expect. This unit is located very centrally to everything around the island. We did not have enough time to do everything but will have to come back soon. The Unit itself is well furnished with everything that you need for a short or extended stay. We absolutely would recommend this Unit.

This is a high end condo in a high end quiet development. The unit was fully stocked (as much as any we’ve been in). Very close to grocery , dive shop, and coffee shop. The pool area was quiet, with separate wading pool and large hot tub. The grilling area is a short walk from the unit.
