Nice property. It was close to everything not the best neighborhood but not the worse either. Parking isn’t the best is you have anything bigger then a compact car. 2 nd bedroom was hot even with windows open. So that also made for a lot of road noise with windows open on a busy road.
Overall the house is really nice.. Scale of 1-10 I would give it a 8. The owner stay above house but that didn’t bother us. They owners are very friendly. House is nice and modern with plenty of room.

It felt like home. We got in late to Hawaii. We got lost trying to find the house. Lance answer our cry for help. And met us at the front door. The house had everything we needed and it was clean.

The unit was clean and well appointed. We did not have a car so used Uber, taxi and transit, all worked well to and from this location. We also walked downtown. It is a 45-minute walk, not very scenic, but certainly doable.

This is a great place!
The property was well situated and near a lot of places that we wanted to visit in Honolulu. I am also impressed by how new and clean the lodgings are and Lance is a superhost! He left chocolates and fruits for us and there is also filtered water available. Kitchen is well equipped but we didn’t cook since there were many places to eat nearby. Plenty of towels with good quality shampoo and bath soap available. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future

This place is a home away from home. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. It has all the amenities you need. Great location for everything you want to do on Oahu. We came to visit our son at the Univ. of Hawaii Manoa and a little vacation. Mahalo to the Doiguchi ohana who are very accommodating and made us feel the aloha. We will definitely be staying here again.

If you need a place to relax and unwind, this is it! Lance and Jackie are incredible hosts who represent the true spirit of aloha. From the easy scheduling to the friendly greeting and unit tour to the delicious fruit basket and wine to the nicely appointed and clean accommodations - mahalo nui loa! The spacious two bedroom/two bath unit had everything we needed (see David L.’s PROs review for specifics, regarding his one CON there was a comfy sofa for 4 and a cushioned bench in the living room and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter which provided ample seating for our 3 adults at the time of our booking) and more. We also appreciated the security as well as ease of access to the H-1 Freeway, Waikiki, grocery stores and great restaurants. It was nice to know that Lance and Jackie were right upstairs and easily accessible by phone if we needed anything (we never had to call with an issue about the unit, everything worked and they provided everything that you will ever need plus more). The cleanliness and tidiness of the unit was greatly appreciated as well. I love Jackie’s taste in décor and comfort. An extensive variety of appliances and condiments were provided. We mainly took advantage of the ceiling fans in every room (love the breeze), microwave oven, coffee machine with coffee provided, full-size fridge and the full-size washer/dryer. A cook would have found everything needed to produce great meals. It truly was a home away from home. Lance and Jackie, thank you so much for your gracious hospitality and sharing your lovely unit with us! Nothing could have been better in beautiful Hawaii-nei! Please take care until we meet again!

The house was perfect for my brother and his wife, my husband and myself. It was comfortable, clean and close to all of the locations that we needed and wanted to go to. Lance was super responsive to all texts and needs. The property is very new and and has a new feeling to it.

This unit is very conveniently located, close to but far enough away from the busy Waikiki area. Everything a previous reviewer listed was spot on with all the many amenities, but we, three, felt comfortable enough with the furniture situation. The hosts were very thoughtful, giving us great sightseeing advice and looking after us during the hurricane scare, but definitely gave us privacy. We highly recommend this unit and we definitely would like to return. Thank you!
