NOTICE: Wailea Beach Villas Lower Lobby Improvements Project continues with the completion date extended to Dec. 23, 2024.
The resort's lower lobby lanai, which is adjacent to the "family pool" and beneath the penthouse tower residences, is being renovated. Note that related noise may be audible in some penthouse units (those starting with letters H through M) and when visiting the upper family pool during the work timeframe. The noisiest, most disruptive portion of the project is complete, and disruption to guests has thus far has been minimal. There will be No Work taking place the week of U.S. Thanksgiving, Nov. 23rd - Dec. 1st. Intermittent tile cutting noise may be expected when new tile is set from approximately Dec. 2 - 16th. Dec. 17 - 23 is the project's expected punchlist review and site demobilization timeframe. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Noisy work is permitted only after 9:00 a.m.
Situated in the centrally located "Penthouse" building on the 4th floor in a west-facing ocean view corner location with breathtakingly beautiful panoramic ocean and sunset views, this 2.5 bedroom (king bed in each bedroom plus 2 twin beds the enclose-able den that can be converted into a king bed) was just beautifully redecorated with stylish furniture from Serena and Lily in calming hues of of blues and whites. There are two bathrooms, a private veranda with a built-in Viking gas grill, a dedicated elevator, and a lovely view to the family pool and hot tub spa below. The living room has an extra side window which allows much more light to flow in for a cheerful, sun-splashed ambiance. The serene interior is decorated with quality furnishings and bed covers in light soft palettes. This is one of the best ocean views at Wailea Beach Villas!

The amenities and the views where both amazing. Great location to the beach with chairs and umbrellas available to use along with everything you could ever need while you are on vacation. The view was amazing as well. The ability to access neighboring resorts just added to the experience. Can’t wait to come back!

Even before we arrived, the concierge support helped us plan our trip. Check in was easy, and the specialist showed us all of the features of this beautiful property. With special touches like fresh flowers and a copious welcome basket, the condo was warmly welcoming. The view - oh my!!! The location on the beach is great, and the daily beach set up is so convenient. The beach is fairly calm, great for kids, and almost guarantees a sea turtle sighting when snorkeling by the rocks. A short walk along the beach path gets you to many lovely restaurants and bars. Local shopping is also great. Within about a 30 to 45 minute drive, you can get to the North and West coasts, and the many parks and forests. If you are having a hard time deciding, CHOOSE THIS PROPERTY!

This unit has an absolutely stunning ocean view. When we come in January we can watch the whales all day from the veranda. Kitchen is very well appointed including TWO refrigerators! Also a beautiful Viking grill on the veranda. Only negative comments: #1 there were lots of families with small children and they make a lot of noise. #2 - the sofas, side chairs in the living room greatly need replacing, they are very sagging and uncomfortable. Also the mattresses seem old and lumpy. For this price you would expect perfection.

The property was exactly as advertised. Great for our family of 4 with plenty of space. Amenities were great and property had everything we needed for our stay. Location, property amenities and views are fantastic. Would definitely stay again.

We thought the property was in a great location and the condo was very clean and it had everything we needed (from towels and shampoo to beach chairs and coolers).
We enjoyed the awesome kitchen and balcony as well as the 2 pools and the beach path.
The short walk to the Wailea shops was nice for shopping and food options. The staff was friendly and helpful.
