Aloha to paradise, this studio is cozy, Charming, Comfortable and locate on a high floor with a panoramic ocean and diamond head view. We are located across the street from Fort Derussy Park and Hilton Hawaiian Village Resort. You are only a short walk to the beach, the Ala Moana Mall, restaurants and the famous strip of Waikiki (Kalakaua Blvd). The location of this studio is perfectly located - just close enough to the busy Waikiki nightlife and shopping, but far enough away that are not surrounded by people all day! After dinner, a short stroll on the beach and/or a 3 minutes walk to Hilton Hawaiian Village to watch the firework every Friday night.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 3 nights and it was a great location with plenty of stores and food choices within walking distance. The condo was clean and comfortable and had an amazing view.

The condo was very clean. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. A perfect location for someone who doesnt need luxury accommodations. The ability to have onsite parking was a huge help.
Michael was very accommodating and easy to reach. I would definitely stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this exceptional studio from 10/04 to 10/07, having a truly wonderful experience!
The studio surpassed our expectations: modern, clean and pest-free (contrary to a previous review). Its ideal location made exploring nearby attractions effortless. The listing descriptions and photos accurately reflected the property.
Our outstanding host provided prompt responses and clear, easy-to-follow check-in/check-out instructions. The option to reserve a parking space for our whole our stay in advance was convenient bonus.
As our first VRBO vacation rental for our babymoon, we were impressed by the studio's exceptional quality and the host's warm professionalism.
We wholeheartedly recommend this property and eagerly look forward to booking again.

Great location! Walking distance to many great spots and a quick Uber to Pearl Harbor. Walking distance (2miles) to Waikiki Beach. Simple but adequate accommodations for my sister and I. We were really only in the apt to sleep and shower. Hosts communications were clear and easy. Overall a super stay!!!

We stayed 3 nights in this unit. I’d definitely stay there again. Checkin was a little off-setting (sketchy looking hostel next door, out-dated building). But once in our room, everything was just as stated. Room was small but clean and with a great view. Bed was super comfy. Window air conditioner worked great. As others have said, there was street noise but no more than I’d expect in a city. The location was perfect! Across from HHV and a short walk from a food truck park, lots of shopping, restaurants and beautiful WAIKIKI beaches. Communication with Mike T was prompt and very helpful. Perhaps the best part of our visit was parking…Arranged by Mike T, onsite, 24/7 security and a fraction of the cost charged at other hotels.
This property is great for the price. If you’re looking for glitz, luxury and pampering, go elsewhere. If you want a clean space to lay your head at night after days of Hawaii adventuring, right in the heart of Waikiki, this place is for you.

The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The condo is in the middle of a lot of restaurants and an easy walk to the beach. Because it is on Ala Moana Blvd it is a bit noisy at times. We had a problem at check in with someone in our reserved parking lot, so we had to wait an hour past wanting to check in. Mike was very responsive to communication and man at desk was helpful and very nice. It’s a small unit, but for the two of us for a short stay it was fine. The coffee pot did not work well and we had to buy our own coffee as none was provided.

We really enjoyed our visit to Hawaii and Michael’s property was perfect for us there was a strange smell from fridge which did linger on items we chilled so refrained from using but overall good and worked for us and our budget! Would stay again

Mike’s place was perfect! Clean, comfortable, and well appointed. He had starters for coffee, hair dryer, a beach chair and cooler and even an umbrella. Location is great - quick walk to beach, restaurants, shopping. Pool and surrounding deck was clean and very nice. Great host- I hope to stay again during my next visit to Honolulu. Mahalo Mike.
