Our home was updated during the last half of 2021 and in early 2022 with new cabinets, countertops, appliances, sinks, faucets and dimmable recessed lighting in kitchen, baths, wet-bar and laundry; all new showers and a free-standing tub in the baths; all new walnut hardwood flooring throughout with new tile in the bathrooms and laundry rooms; new high-end zoned central air conditioning, new ceiling fans; new lighting; all new Cal King mattresses and box springs in all 3 beds; 3 new leather sofas and 3 new leather love-seats in the living, sitting, and family rooms; all new TVs and TV/internet cable; 2 new front-load washers 2 new dryers; and repainted almost all of the interior. Outside, enjoy some of the best snorkeling and surfing on Maui right in front of the home while your friends watch from the spa or pool. The oceanfront home is located on a beautiful cove that is home to numerous green sea turtles. The lanai area includes a pool and spa which overlooks the cove, ocean, and the island of Molokai. There is direct access to the cove from the house. The home is located on a gated palm-tree lined private road. Next to the property is a 1/2-acre grass field that guests have access to.

The oceanfront home features 3 spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a new Cal King bed, new recessed dimmable lighting, a new flat screen TV, new walnut floors, a new ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, new paint, and new air conditioning that can be adjusted for that specific bedroom. The upstairs master bedroom has a Cal King bed and the attached bathroom has a large tub and separate shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a Cal King bed and bath with a walk-in shower. The main floor bedroom has a Cal King bed, a bathroom with a walk-in curb-less shower, and a lanai.

The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast eating area and an adjacent family room. There is a separate dining area which seats 6 and a living room with wet bar. Additionally, the home has a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers and a double car garage. The home has wireless internet, cable TV, and gas barbeque.

Our present cancelation policy conditions the return of your payment on whether your days re-rent after you cancel. For example, if all of your days re-rent at the same rate or more, you would receive all of your money back. If none of your days re-rent, you would not receive your money back.

Also, we have a 5 bedroom, 6 1/2 bath beachfront house with pool and spa in Maui (VRBO #445750) and our companies own Silver Mountain Ski Resort, waterpark, golf course, etc. in Kellogg, Idaho right off of I-90, as well as 49 Degrees North Ski Resort, which is 1 hour north of Spokane, WA.

All prices based on a 7-night stay (14 nights during the Christmas/New Year's period). If the booking will result in an unrentable gap in our calendar, the nightly rate may increase. Most stays are Saturday to Saturday, and stays that are not Saturday to Saturday may be at a higher rate. Guest agrees to complete, sign, email and mail the Rental Agreement within 48 hours for booking the house. Booking the home acknowledges acceptance of Rental Agreement.
