this gated Wailea community. As the grandparents of 5, and recognizing
that this is a family vacation spot, we do want to advise that our
condominium is not really suitable for toddlers and very young children.
Confused about renting a beach front location or a view unit? Comparing
apples to oranges is hard—an ocean front unit in Elua village may not offer
our view, may be farther from the pool and could be a major budget buster!! ...

We have stayed in Wailea for many years now and always prefer Elia Village if we can find a unit. This unit exceeded expectations and the manager was very easy to deal with and accommodating. We will be back. Highly recommend the unit.

My wife and I have been visiting Wailea and staying at Wailea Elua off and on for 20 years. This condo was, without doubt, the best that we have stayed in. It has everything you need and is very clean. We will definitely visit Wailea again and stay at this condo if it is available.

We arrived to the Property and thoroughly impressed! We can’t thank Pam and her team enough for the beauty and amount of goodies provided to make visitors feel like they are home! Lots of supplies for the beach. We’d sit on the lanai for hours just watching the sun beat on the water or making a competition of who would see the most shooting stars in the evening. We’ve spent some time in different VRBO’s and your home ranks the highest over the years!

Wow! 5-stars isn’t enough! This spot is truly a slice of heaven on earth. We highly recommend. Here’s what stood out to us above and beyond other spots in Maui -
PRIME location!
- An easy stroll down the street from Whaler’s village and the Island Gourmet Market (you’ll want to go every day!)
- 5 minute walk to Ulua beach for some of the best snorkeling in Maui!
- Nearby restaurants (5-15 minute walk or a very short drive). Our recommendations: Andaz (live music, great food + views). Four Seasons Duo Steakhouse (special occasion). Monkey Pod (uphill - definitely drive! Go for happy hour 3-5pm!)
EXCEPTIONAL amenities!
- Beach closet with chairs, snorkeling gear (4 sets of masks and fins), pickle ball paddles, toys, balls, cooler, beach bag
- Fully STOCKED kitchen! Anything you need to cook as far as utensils and basics (oils, salt and pepper, seasoning). Coffee filters, ziploc bags, cocktail shaker and shot glasses, blender - you name it - it’s likely there.
- PANORAMIC views from the lanaii
- The property is lush and filled with beautiful flowers and plants.
- Pool, fitness center and club house area all face the beach. A great spot to wind down at the end of the day!
COMFORTS of Home!
- High-quality mattresses (we had the second bedroom made into a king bed and the other couple said it was great!)
- Extra towels, blankets and pillows.
- Easy and free parking adjacent to unit.
What made this trip even better is the communication and kindness from the owner. If you’re considering heading to Maui, don’t look any further - this is the spot you want to be!

I wish the owners of this condo had a condo in all my favorite places. The place was had everything you needed, no running around to get things. Beautiful view, quiet, relaxing, prompt response from owners. I checked the prices of the hotels in the area and I could not figure out why anyone would want to pay 2 times as much for a tiny hotel room with crowded pools?? Wonderful vacation!

I highly recommend this rental. Kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Beds are super comfortable. Unit has been updated and is in great condition. Would definitely stay here again. :)

This property was located perfectly in between the main resorts with easy access to dining, shops, and beaches. Unbelievable view and wonderful patio. We walked to store, shops, dining, & a luau. The unit has everything you could want and more. Mark has really thought of everything and was awesome with communication. The access was controlled by gate attendants and security is present if needed. Highly recommend and would stay again for sure.
