Our beautiful second story condo is located in building 1 at the Kihei Kai Nani Resort. It has great ocean and beach views and views of Haleakala and the West Maui mountains. The condo was completely remodeled in 2011 and is regularly updated. The unit features cherry wood cabinetry, granite counter tops, washer and dryer, a king size bed, and a new air conditioning unit in the bedroom (summer 2020). The new appliances include a new large refrigerator with an ice maker. Flooring is tile in the living room and kitchen and hardwood in the bedroom. Walls are freshly painted in contemporary colors. This unit also has its own washer and dryer, recently replaced in June 2024.

The Kihei Kai Nani Resort complex has an updated outdoor pool and recently upgraded laundry facilities.
