Glare and heat reducing 3M window tint and custom solar shades have been installed throughout with dual shade black out option in the bedrooms. Quiet, reliable central A/C easily keeps the home cool. New HDTVs are wall mounted with concealed cords. The new full size high efficiency washer and dryer handle all your family's laundry.

The furnishings throughout were consciously selected and are sophisticated, comfortable, and functional.

The all new kitchen has quartz counters with a breakfast bar, under cabinet countertop task lighting, and ample storage. New stainless steel appliances include a French door fridge, glass top range, microwave range hood, and nearly silent dishwasher and disposal.

The master bed room has custom his and hers closet built-ins, a deep soaking tub with shower, and a king size bed. The guest bedroom has a king size bed and an oversized closet with custom built in storage for clothes and linens. The guest bath has a large river rock and glass walk-in shower. The bathrooms feature custom porcelain tile work, storage drawer vanities, and quartz counters. All of the bathroom fixtures are Toto.

The reserved parking space is on the first level and makes for easy access. Additional parking is usually available for rent in the building.

Friendly, professional personnel provide 24 hour security. The pool, hot tub, sun deck, exercise room, reception lobbies, and other common areas are always clean and well maintained.
