The Golf incentives included in the rental of this villa create a unique opportunity to golf at two premier golf courses, The Waikoloa Beach Course and the Waikoloa King's Course, at an incredibly reduced rate by allowing renters to take advantage of the owners Gold Golf Membership. Green fees, with the use of the membership, are $75 on the Beach Course and $50 on the King's Course. The savings for a couple are $170 a day off onsite rate and as much as $310 off the high season rate.
This tastefully decorated Villa's is one of the most requested units in the complex. The Villa has two large master suites, both with soaking tubs and separate showers, plus a powder room, fully stocked kitchen, living room/dining area and a covered lanai with a wet bar. The total living space (including the lanai) is approximately 2000sf. The villa can sleep five guests with 1 king-size bed, 1 queen size and a chase in the living area could be used for a child. The private wrap around lanai is secluded and is a perfect place to just relax or enjoy a romantic dinner while watching the breathtaking sunset.
The Shores at Waikoloa is a gated property located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The resort has beautifully landscaped grounds that are most inviting. The King's Shops and the newly completed Queen's Marketplace are located within walking distance. The King’s Shops offer upscale dining, excellent shopping and endless entertainment. The Queen’s marketplace is perfect for families with new affordable restaurants, more shopping, loads of free entertainment. The sandy beach at Anaeho'omalu Bay is a short walk from the Shores and offers swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, and is a great place to view whales and sea turtles. Beyond Waikoloa, the Big Island offers incredible adventures with opportunities to explore volcanic mountains, lush rainforests and 260 miles of shoreline.
The Villa is located directly across the drive from the swimming pool and a short walk from the exercise room. If you wish to venture further for the many activities available on the island, the concierge service at the pool or check in area will be glad to be of service. For those interested, some of the activities the island has to offer include sailing cruises, horseback riding, helicopter tours, hiking, fishing, biking, diving, snorkeling, swimming with dolphins, volcano watching and more. There truly is something to do for everyone on this beautiful island.

This condo was very well appointed and a very open floor plan, with the bedrooms being on opposite sides. The patio was amazing too. So close to everything in waikoloa. The only issues, which has nothing to with the owners, is the quiet hours starting at 9 pm. You can’t enjoy the patio after that if you are a lively bunch, but can inside. Would highly recommend.

We loved this place! So roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed the lanai the most! Loved two master suites and an extra bathroom. It had everything we needed and more! Loved the view of the golf course and listening to the luaus.

Fully equipped kitchen including an orange juicer which came in handy because some local friends gave us a huge bag of oranges from their property.
Convenient location, near beaches, stores, etc.
Fast easy walk for sunsets on the beach with margaritas
Saw the best Green Flash ever on the Solstice!!!
Will definitely book again and recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stan’s condo. When we arrived, it was very clean and unlike some rentals, was fully equipped with enough dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. to last for our entire stay. It is extremely spacious and well appointed and the kitchen had most anything you could want, including knives that actually cut! The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having plenty of nice quality towels in the bathrooms and kitchen. The lani is fabulous and we spent most every evening there. It is very large and has plenty of comfortable seating for relaxing and watching the sunsets as well as for dining. There are several beautiful beaches near by and the condo was completely equipped for having a fun day at the beach (Tommy Bahama chairs, several snorkel/fin sets, several boogie boards, coolers, beach bags, beach mats and beach towels). Last but not least, if you are a golfer, the discounted golf is a great deal and was very much appreciated.
We had a great trip and will definitely be back!
