Everything is brand new, from the luxury, 600 thread count linens and soft cotton bathrobes, to the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, premium, elegant decor, high-tech, flat panel televisions and state of the art electronics.
The open, spacious floor plan includes an expansive Great Room with breath taking ocean views, and three richly appointed bedrooms, with a plush King mattress in the master bedroom, another luxurious King in the first guest bedroom, and two twin beds in the third guest bedroom that can be combined to form a third King if desired. A brand new Queen sofa bed easily accommodates additional guests. Each bedroom has its own flat screen TV, there are multiple DVD players, an iPod dock and stereo, two balcony terraces (one a large, wrap-around lanai), private in-villa laundry, BBQ grill, and central air conditioning. An office area complete with a desk, 4-in-1 office machine and office supplies is provided if work calls.

Outstanding condo for my wife and two adult daughters.
Very clean, well equipped and the two lanais are great - one looking over the ocean and one looking up to Haleakala.
Plus the beach is outstanding - turtles, fish, coral and not crowded. The condo included beach chairs and umbrellas.

Loved everything about this property. Hope we can come back again. Have never experienced sand as soft and a beach as clean with only 3-4 min walk to get there -all within the gated property.

It was our first trip to Maui and we brought our adult children. Janet and Hugh were so friendly and responsive. The condo has everything you will need and is in a perfect quiet location with beach access. We really loved to front outdoor space for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We would definitely stay here again!

What an experience. Truly thoughtful from start to finish. The hosts are communicative and friendly and accommodating. They helped my group out when we ran into a problem with our flights. Above and beyond. The facility is wonderful. The amenities, the location, the security and views. You get it all. We used all their pool and beach toys, the snorkeling was the best. Nothing but perfection. Unbelievable, we will be back!

My family and I stayed at Janet's beautiful condo for a week and did not want to leave. She has absolutely anything you could never need on a holiday, she truly has thought of everything! She is extremely quick with communication as well. I highly recommend this accommodation! The view is also breathtaking. Nothing but positive things to say :)
