This is a timeshare property that is available for 7 nights in 2025. I have a reservation for an Ocean Front unit June 19-26 but we can check for availability on other dates. Contact me with your desired dates and I will check the availability. The earlier that we request a unit, the chances are better for an ocean front unit. The Point at Poipu is located on Kauai's sunny south shore. The 2 bedroom 2 bath units units are spacious. Many units enjoys spectacular views of the ocean from within the unit and from a large balcony.
The Point at Poipu sits on 22 acres of lusciously landscaped grounds featuring koi ponds, beautiful streams, lagoon style swimming pool and poolside bar/grill. The resort is within short walking distance along the coastline to the Grand Hyatt resort and Shipwreck Beach. Nearby activities include snorkeling, surfing beaches, restaurants, championship golfing, horseback riding, ziplines, a world-class spa, and shopping.
The unit has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen and separate laundry area with washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed and a beautifully appointed bathroom featuring twin sinks, a large soaking tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom comes with a choice of 2 twin beds or 1 queen size bed and has an adjacent bathroom with shower. The living room has a queen size sofa bed. The large lanai is perfect for relaxing and enjoying gorgeous views..
Additional amenities in the unit include a dining area, an entertainment center, 3 TV’s, DVD/CD, washer, dryer and in-room internet access (for a fee). Resort amenities include barbeque grills located throughout the resort grounds, elevators, a fully equipped fitness center, sauna, hot tubs, a complimentary computer in the lobby, free parking, free local calls and daily activities.
Mid-week housekeeping is included. Pets are not allowed.
The concierge can assist you with your reservation needs from a sunset/snorkeling cruise to golfing at the award winning Poipu Golf Course; kayaking or a zip line adventure.
There are NO CHARGES FOR RESORT FEES which typically are charged at hotels and resorts. Parking also is free. In accordance with Hawaii laws, occupants will be charged the 15.4621% in taxes (Transient Occupancy Tax 10.9621%-- Hawaii Tax ID # TA-089-205-4016-01, and 4.5% General Excise Tax-- Hawaii Tax ID # GE-089-205-4016-01).

Great property on a beautiful island!! Unit was perfect, balcony and view was unbelievable!! Dishwasher stopped working but maintenance came and fixed very quickly. Cannot go wrong with this property.
