Spacious and comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom (plus outdoor shower) home in heart of Princeville. Home sleeps 9 (primary bedroom has a comfortable Temperpedic King, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has a queen bed + twin bunk bed, and upstairs loft area has a twin day bed). And there is AC in all three bedrooms (very few homes on Kauai have AC, so it's a special treat).
Home is spacious with room for everyone. There is a large, open great room with lots of seating, two dining areas, and open kitchen. Primary bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor, which is great for those who can't or don't want to be up and down stairs; 2nd & 3rd bedrooms, 2nd bathroom, and open loft area are upstairs. Open loft is used as second living space with TV & daybed, which can be used for additional sleeping accommodations. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, great for rinsing off after the beach.
Home comes with lots of quality cookware, dishes, glassware, towels, beach equipment (beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards, surf board, snorkel equipment, sand toys, etc.). There is a gas BBQ on the back patio and a large back yard for privacy or kids to run around. There are also bikes in the garage for you to enjoy. We recommend walking or riding down to the beach lookout to watch the surfers, sunset (always beautiful) or whales breaching (seasonal).
Neighbors are quiet and very friendly. The path down to Sealodge beach is 1/4 mile away. Standard rate is for up to six guests....

This house and location were perfect for our family! We would definitely stay here again. It was so great to have everything we could possibly need for our family at the beach. There were surf boards, boogie boards, sun umbrellas, beach toys, coolers etc.

We enjoyed our stay in your pleasant house in Princeville. The kitchen was well supplied, and issues with the tv were fixed very quickly. Beds were very comfortable and everything was quite clean. The residential neighborhood was quiet and only about ten minutes from Anini beach in one direction and Hanalei beach in the other. Being close to the Saturday morning farmer's market was great!

This property is nestled in a lovely and quiet neighborhood in Princeville Kauai. The few times i had to communicate with the property manager was very responsive and accomodating to our needs. The neighborhood is perfect walking or biking and is a short walk from a walking path in the center of the community. Ita very close to Hanelei Bay. Id certainly stay here again, it offers all the comforts of hone in paradise of Kauai

Our family of 6 had the best time staying in this lovely home. It had plenty of room, nice amenities, and it is in an area convenient to local sights and activities. The A/C units in the bedroom were really nice to have.
Communication with the host was great, and we had everything we needed. The Princeville area is very nice, lots of things are within just a few minutes of the home. I highly recommend staying here!

I would not rent this property again. The owner was responsive to our requests (no batteries in the AC remote, no propane in the BBQ), but the place passes as just OK, and the rent charged was far higher than what was provided. The garage was half filled with old furniture, the kitchen was very unorganized and had poor quality cookware (making for a long time to clean the pans), and the outdoor living space was not compelling. The main room TV was not "smart," so only local cable channels were available on that unit. There were smart TV's in all the rooms, but we are not TV in bed fans. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are tired. Long story short - We appreciated the responsive owner, but would not rent this house again.

Neighborhood was very quiet, walking distance to shops and golfing, although beach access was closed for the winter, a further walk(20 minutes) allowed us to view the waters.

This was the best house we could have rented for our extended stay in Princeville! It was well laid out, spacious and comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Robyn, the owner, was extremely responsive and when we asked for a tea kettle or anything else, it was delivered right away. Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, and kitchen was well-stocked. It has a beautiful, private backyard where you can sit in the morning to have your coffee or do some work. We noticed that the screen door needed repair and when we were out later that day someone came and fixed it. Great location, walking distance to a small private beach... we will definitely go back to this "home away from home"!

I spent a week at your property with my son his wife and my grandsons. The location was close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was well stocked for trips to the beach. It was spacious and comfortable for hanging out. A great value !
