Most owners are only able to buy a specific week which they then use/rent that same week every year. We own a unique setup which allows us to book ANY week, as long as the resort has available units for that week. The residence boasts 1200 square ft. of interior living space and can sleep up to 7 guests. It has a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen convertible sofa sleeper in the living room. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed as well as a twin loveseat pullout. For your comfort, both pullouts use Tempurpedic brand mattresses. The master bedroom, living room, and lanai are all framed with perfect oceanfront views.
