Condo 424 is a 950 sq ft. one bedroom, 2-bath large spacious unit with fabulous views of both the ocean and mountains. Located on the back north side of quiet Tower One on the fourth floor, the large wrap around lanai offers views of the ocean on the shady side of the lanai and the gorgeous mountains and kaanapali golf course on the sunny side. Lounge either at the pool, ocean or on your private large lanai.

The totally renovated condo includes a new kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and top of the line cooking utensils for the gourmet chef with several BBQ's and outside seating by the beach. The living room and master bed furniture have all been updated with beautiful furniture. The two bathrooms (one with bathtub) have been renovated with granite and a washer/dryer.

The master suite, with a king bed, has a private bathroom and separate entrance. The roomy living room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. There is also a twin cot. This condo sleeps 5. Linens/towels/beach chairs are provided. Free high-speed wi-fi and a work desk. Other amenities include a fitness center, tennis/pickle board courts, swimming pool & jacuzzi, bbq and tables and chairs for dining ocean front. Beach towels and chairs are provided. Tennis rackets and pickle ball equipment are available at the front desk.
