I was on Maui to assist with my cousin’s transition. Jeff was understanding and compassionate to my cause. His condo was perfect for our reason for being there. It’s very private, quiet and well supplied. My wife cooked gourmet meals every night and we ate on the lanai enjoying the evening breeze. Every morning we woke to beautiful ocean views and beautiful sunsets in the evening. If I return to Maui I will be contacting Jerry to rebook his condo. Thanks for everything, Jerry!

Enjoyed the panoramic ocean views and stunning Maui sunsets from the lanai. The views were beautiful. Very easy check in. Clear instructions which was much appreciated.
Comfortable unit, not to fussy and EVERYTHING
you could need. Well supplied kitchen, beach chairs, cooler, even sunscreen! Close to shopping, restaurants and the beach! But quiet. Really a great choice.

This was our 2nd visit to this property. Jeff is a great host. Very communicative and quickly responds to any questions during the stay. The condo has fantastic views and is so convenient to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful beaches. It was stocked with kitchen basics, good towels, and lots of beach equipment. We love staying here!

Condo is in a great location, close to beaches, restaurants, bars and shopping. The host had everything needed for a great day on the beach. Kitchen is very well equipped (although we didn't dine in). Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of storage. Couch is comfortable and converts to a sleeper. The mattress on the pull out couch is thin and probably not substantial enough for two adults. Sleeper could also use some high quality cotton sheets and a cotton blanket.
There is a rug in the living room that is not soft under foot and I tripped on it many times.
The items previously mentioned in another review in disrepair are still in need of attention but didn't impact the stay at all. Overall it was a great stay for two of us.

There was water in the refrigerator vegetable bins. A towel rack in the guest bathroom was coming off the wall. Coffee cups and knives were not clean. Front door screen did not close properly. The unit was very dark. The water filter did not work. The floor mat in the living room was unsightly and uncomfortable to walk on. There were too many plants that cluttered the unit. The lint filter was cracked and bent. The drape in the living room was missing a hook.

Jeff has a beautiful location. He was very responsive and wanted our stay to be comfortable. He bought us new beach towels and umbrellas to use. I would stay here again

This was our second year in this condo. An excellent unit that has a fantastic view. Clean and well stocked. Easy to communicate with Jeff. We would recommend this unit to anyone traveling to Maui. Can't beat it!

We had a lovely time during our stay in Maui. The condo is strategically located up on a hill with a fabulous 180-degree ocean view from the patio. I never went inside! It's great, too, if you want some exercise. You can walk down the hill to the Shops at Wailea and walk up again. The Grand Wailea, the boardwalk and the shops are all within walking distance. We hardly ever used the car. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
