The Ala Moana Condo is located just a few steps away from the building is the Ala Moana Shopping Center, the Hawaii Convention center, Ala Moana Beachpark and Magic Island.
There are several bus stops near the Ala Moana Condo. There is also a Biki rental bike stand nearby to explore Honolulu.
The Ala Moana Condo building offers a pool, gym, sauna, mini shop, and even Starbucks, at an affordable price compared to similar hotels in the Ala Moana area.
Guests may leave their trash right outside their doors for Housekeeping to remove and dispose. Please place any and all trash in bags that walls.

The exterior workings are: 1)Concrete Repair, 2)Re-painting the Building, 3)Limited Sealant Replacement, 4)Lanai Deck Coating for the Waikiki Sky tower.
*All lanai doors will be secured to only open 4" for ventilation purposes. Begin in December 1st, 2022 Complete in March 31st, 2023 (Subject to change).
