Marriott Ko'Olina has several different two bedroom units with differing bedding in each one. Please ask your agent for details on what unit she has available for you. The Covid-19 pandemic is considered a foreseeable risk. By accepting this rental agreement and providing payment information, the guest acknowledges and accepts the risk that the pandemic may prevent travel or occupancy of the rental unit and that this will not serve as a basis for requesting a refund. Unavailable amenities, pool, beach, theme park, etc. does not merit a refund. This clause specifically removes the obligation of the owner to provide a habitable unit, if the cause is due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
The Vrbo calendar helps provide availability and estimated price quote. Always inquire with the agent and do not reserve airfare until your confirmation has been received.
Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations. Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

We had a great stay at the Marriott Ko’Olina and will be back. The listing doesn’t show you the exact room you will get, but gives you the basic idea. We didn’t know what kind of view we would have and I asked a few questions about the property, but they were not answered. This was not a deal breaker though because we wanted to stay at this specific property and are so glad we did! The condo was clean, large, and comfortable for our family of 5 with beds for everyone. The kitchen had what we needed and worked for the simple meals we cooked. The pools are phenomenal, the lagoons are so pretty and great for kids, and there are lots of activities to sign up for and restaurant options. Overall such an amazing stay! Mahalo, we will be back!

Difficult to find a booking that met my needs. Property was lovely but limited dining options. Other options were marginally in walking distance and no shuttle to Ko Olina station. Shuttle available to a larger mall that was 20 minutes away.

We had a fantastic experience at the Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club. We can’t wait to go back again
and would only go through Vrbo and Concierge Realty. We are a family of 5 with kids ages 2-7.
Booking through Vrbo and Concierge Realty was so easy. They immediately emailed us when we booked and kept us in the loop as things were confirmed. It was wonderful communication. Upon arrival to paradise, we were created with a world class resort. The room was perfect - 2 large king bedrooms, a full kitchen and living room and porch. The resort has everything you could need, including fantastic activities for the kids and lots of drinks for the parents ;). The ease of having a condo plus the amenities of the Marriot including great work out classes, kids club, towel service, and restaurants and a store, truly made this a one of kind vacation.
