"Plumeria Hale" is a bright and airy second story, two-bedroom condo with partial ocean views, located a short walk to the beach. Named after the delicate and beautiful plumeria flower, the space is inspired by the hues of creams, yellows and oranges typical of the flower as well as the blues and greens of the nearby ocean and surrounding lush coconut tree forest.
The central location on Kauai’s eastern shore make this the perfect Kauai vacation rental. Easy walking distance to shops, beaches and restaurants makes this Kauai beach side condo a truly convenient place for your Kauai vacation rental. Located next door to the Coconut Grove at Waipouli, one of the largest coconut groves on the island where Hawaiian Royalty once went horseback riding.Located along the Ke Ala Hele Makalae Bike path!
The kitchen and dining area has double glass doors opening up to a cozy lanai where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and catch a glimpse of the ocean through the trees on each side of the resort located in front. Enjoy cooking and eating meals to the soothing sounds of the ocean with lots of natural light coming in. The kitchen has beautiful wood cabinets and is equipped with oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, blender, electric kettle, coffee maker and other amenities. Beach Gear provided includes: Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler.
The Living room offers a smart TV with cable and DVR. Spectrum high speed internet is also included. The windows face the mountain side and offer partial mountain and coconut tree forest views.
The primary bedroom, decorated in calm and dreamy blues has a new king size bed and a half bath. It’s windows face the ocean and you can hear the waves as you fall asleep.
The guest bedroom, decorated in greens and browns, faces the mountain side and also offers partial mountain and coconut tree views. This bedroom can be set up as two twins or a king bed ($52 housekeeping fee applies for king conversion and bedding). It offers a closet and ceiling fan.
A coin operated washer and dryer are available at the property. No tennis court on property.
This cozy 2nd floor end unit apartment with approximately 632 square feet of living area is close to shopping and restaurants. We recommend renting a car so that you are able to explore this beautiful island freely.

Cute little condo. Was well stocked for all of our needs. Even provided us with beach towels and beach chairs. Was only a short walk to a wonderful beach and very close access to EVERYTHING we could need (stores, shops, food, etc). Some things to note: This place is not very big. It was fine for what we needed, but it is small. The kitchen table is tiny and would be very challenging to try to sit around. There is no AC and windows need to be open. Normally this is delightful but the roosters and chickens cluck and crow all night and VERY early in the morning. Many people feed them right outside the window so they are abundant. Still give 5 stars overall for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again! Comfortable condo close to shopping and beaches. No need for an alarm clock! Got plenty of rooster’s to wake ya up at 3am😂😂😂 all jokes aside we had a great stay! Highly recommend!

The home itself was great. Clean and well appointed. The only issue I personally had was it was on the second floor and no air conditioning so it was not comfortable to hang out in after a day out (like 80+ degrees inside and humid) and even less comfortable to sleep in. If you're used to conditioned air, please find somewhere else to stay. If the heat doesn't bother you, this place is awesome.

We stayed in mid june. The apartment is very clean, and worked out well for our family of 4. Positives - Good for family of 4, fully equipped kitchen, nice patio, good size room, proximity to market, nice walkable path to beach, free parking. Extras - Beach chairs and umbrella. Nice to have these so you don't have to rent. One thing to remember as shown in pictures, that the ocean can be seen from the kitchen. But it's not clearly visible. So this is really not completely beach facing.

Sometimes the pictures online look better than the actual property. But this was not the case for our stay here. The apartment was very clean. Everything was in very good repair. We loved the decor. We loved the location. We loved having a combo lock on the front door so we did not have to keep up with a key.
