This unit is on the ground floor and has a private, direct, open air entrance minimizing your contact with others. This unit comes with 1 parking stall only. STVR regulations do not allow, and Island Beach Rentals, does not condone street parking. You will be fined for any extra cars found on the complex in the amount of $75 per day.
An incredible location and a great value. It's located on the corner of Alii Drive and Lunapule Road across from the ocean, 1/3 mile from the town of Kailua-kona. Excellent location with quick access to the highway and walking distance to popular restaurants, bars, and shops. The stylish comfortable space includes a private lanai, charming island décor, A/C, well stocked kitchen, convenient parking spot and washer/dryer. The condo complex also has a pool.
The condo has a queen size bed and a sofa/twin bed, dresser, and air conditioner in master bedroom with a newly updated master bath. Queen size bed in second bedroom, dresser with adjoining bathroom. Living room has an air conditioner, phone, TV, cable internet, video/dvd player. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cookware, full kitchen, four bar chairs for inside eating. Condo also has a washer and dryer, iron and iron board, some snorkeling equipment, a boogie board, and a small cooler. You will love spending time on the large lanai made of tile and lava rock. It also has a table, four chairs and two comfort chairs and table for just relaxing. Unit has a shared swimming pool. The palm trees and plants make this bottom unit cool and a peaceful relaxing place to stay. This a non-smoking complex. NO smoking on property anywhere.
Guest have assigned parking spot right by your door, with additional parking available. Also, guest have access to the complex's pool which should please the kids of all ages.

Overall an awesome experience. The unit is as it was listed. Clean, close to town. Pool was nice. We would chose this place again and definitely recommend it to others.

Overall great experience. clean and well furnished. liked the location. grounds are pretty pool clean and we used BBQ for steaks. I recommend this location and would use it again. we used cooler and beach chairs nice to avoid rentals.

We had some hiccups with communication prior to arriving and we also would have appreciated clearer instrutions for how to use key box, but once we settled in all was generally fine. (Staff did come over to help us right away). The condo is well-appointed, and has a nice welcome basket and helpful binder. Comfortable walk into town. Very clean. Only real downside is that16 hours/day there is CONSIDERABLE noise from the main road - drivers seem to like to play music loud and have loud car engines, so not quite a paradise ambiance. But If this doesn't bother you, then no worries, it was overall a good value.

This two bedroom two bathroom condo/apartment was very clean. The master bed was very comfortable. Lots of pillows. I could sleep with the sliding screen door open and the fan and was very comfortable. The street out the window was noisy but it didn’t seem to bother me or my sleep. The master bath is lovely. I loved the glass rain shower, body jets and hand shower combo. The other bedroom bed was comfortable and the bathroom was good. No a/c in that bedroom. The fan helped. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. I couldn’t find a kettle to make tea, so just used a pot. The TV requires you to have subscriptions for most viewing like most TVs in the US but we aren’t used to that from where we come from. We enjoyed sitting outside on the very private patio. I also appreciated the snorkelling equipment and washer & dryer available for our use. We would definitely consider staying here again if we returned to the island.

Awesome condo - immaculate and the photos and description really don’t do the place justice! Really good size and very well equipped. Even snorkelling kit for your use. 20min walk to the pier, ideal location for Ironman right on the run route. Would def stay here again!

This trip was one of the firsts I’ve had with my partner, and was are from the island of Oahu. I will say that we throughly enjoy the room, and it truly felt like a home away from home! Everything was so close in walking distance! We easily learned how to work the Kona Trolley station and that saved us a lot on money. We loved how spacious the room was for the two of us. The pool was very nice! We visited it 3 times! Lovely neighbors, and easily close to everything. We will be returning on a later date!
