Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The space is very outdated and needs an upgrade. The space smelled very musty when you walked in. The tv’s were old and too small for the space. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that were very uncomfortable and kept slipping off the bed frame. The AC vent in that room did not allow you to close the vent and the AC blew directly on you while you were sleeping and you could not move the bed out of the way. The bathrooms only had one hook so you could only hang one wet item. You could hear every movement of the renters in the space above. Chairs dragging across floors, items dropping. A lot of money for a space that needs work. I have my own VRBO and I could not imagine charging what was asked for a space that is sub-par.
