All of the Big Island attractions are a car ride away. Visit waterfalls, view the stars from the top of Maunakea, check out the paniolo rodeo. Swim, kayak, snorkel, scuba, play a round of golf, try parasailing, or go deep sea fishing. If you prefer to stay close to home, visit the on-site resort style pool and fitness center. At the end of your day in paradise, barbecue dinner outdoors on the backyard grill and enjoy the beautiful sunset from the lanai.
This two-story end unit features 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Bring your friends and family. The first floor contains a huge great room with soaring 3 story windows, a fully stocked kitchen and dining room. Leading out from the great room is a large lanai with an eating area and tropical plants. There is also a first floor bedroom and bathroom.
Upstairs, you will find the master suite with its own private lanai and ensuite bath featuring twin vanities, a walk-in closet, and a private WC and shower. A second guest bedroom and bath can also be found upstairs. The upstairs also has a loft area with a desk and high speed internet for people who need to bring work along and to stay in contact with the Mainland. Free long distance calling to the Mainland US and Canada is included.
The unit is fully stocked with kitchen items, linens and towels, and beach gear.
There are no steps leading into the unit. It is wheel chair friendly.
In compliance with AOAO Bylaws, this unit requires a minimum 3 month rental. Early check ins and late checkouts can usually be accommodated.

Security/Damage Deposit:
The security/damage deposit is a pre-authorization on your card. After departure if no damage is found, the pre-authorization is cancelled. The security/ damage pre-authorization is provided as security against damage to the townhouse or its contents including theft. It also covers any fines imposed by the condo association for violation of condo rules. A full copy of the condo rules can be found inside the unit.
Generally, the following are prohibited:
•Loud noise between the hours of 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
•Use of the pool between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
•Children under 14 years of age in the pool area without adult supervision
•Running, diving, climbing on the waterfall, and other rough play in the pool area
•Beach towels, boogie boards, or other unsightly items stored on lanais (front, back, or upper)
•Babies in the pool without swim diapers
•Parking in spots reserved for other units
•Glass receptacles in the pool area
•Alcoholic beverages in common areas other than the barbecue area of the pool
•Smoking in common areas including lanais, pool area, and exercise room

•Drunk or disorderly behavior
