This means, any disruptive noises, such as screaming, children playing loudly, talking/laughing loudly, at any time, may solicit a complaint from the neighbors. We ask that you manage your noise levels appropriately. If there are complaints re: noise, you will be contacted and informed of the type of noise that is a disturbance. If there are additional complaints, you may be charged up to $500 (in PV, the first noise complaint, if received from the PV patrol, is automatically $200). If there are further complaints, after multiple warnings and lo you will be asked to leave the property....
