The Majesty Palm Suite at Palm hale is Great spacious studio unit with two rooms (kitchenet dining area and bedroom area). You will be located in a great area of Kona!

There is plenty of private off street parking behind the home. The home is situated so that you get the ocean breezes and can hear the waves crashing on the shoreline when the surf is up.
We are between Magic Sands Beach and Snorkel Beach (Kahalu'u beach) right off of Popular Ali'i drive one home up across street from Ocean. Both are within walking distance if you just want to hang out at local Beaches.
Conveniently one mile away from Keauhou shopping center. Grocery store, Drug store, Restaurants, L&Ls, Sushi, Thai food, Mexican, Subway, Shaved Ice. Post office, Theater, Medical facility's, and a farmers market on Saturday mornings. They even have music and dance performances on some weekends.
You have the beach front town of Kona 5 minutes north on Alii Dr. Tons of shops to browse through, restaurants bars etc. Locations to sign up for activities such as a luau, tours, snorkeling trips, surf lessons, submarine rides, Charters for Big Game fishing and much much more along ocean front Kona. Don't forget about the newer Brew block area as well.
There is two transit systems that run by on Alii dr. and bike rental stations making them very accessible.
Kona has beautiful sunsets. You will see the locals and tourists alike parked along Ali'i drive to watch for the green flash sunsets.
Good neighbor policy/Quit hrs. shall be from 9pm to 8am, Noise shall not be unreasonable to disturb adjacent neighbors. Sounds that goes beyond property boundaries during quit hrs. shall not be excessive.
No smoking on property.

Washer dryer is coin operated.
I start you out with some simple bar soap, toilet papers, paper towel roll, there are usually some extra supplies that circulate and are still useful (plus a share table in the entry way). If you have a long stay it is your responsibility to buy what extras, you might need.
Please make sure to wash/dry and put away all dishes used.
Late check out when might have an extra fee.

Check in was super easy. Isaac is a great communicator. Photos of unit are accurate. Plenty of room for a couple. No A/C but room remained extremely comfortable with blinds and windows opened.
Great location. Easy walk either to Magic Sands Beach for swimming/meal/drinks or to Kahalu’u Beach Park for snorkling. So happy Isaac provided beach towels, beach chairs, coolers and snorkling equipment.
Previous, reviews about road noise left me concerned. My husband and I stayed from a Saturday to a Tuesday. Yes, we could hear road noise during day but it was not very loud. Did not notice road noise at all during night while sleeping. Roosters on other parts of island are much noisier! Did not hear any roosters at this location.

My stay was quiet and uneventful, host was great. If you get your curly hair straightened, don’t stay here. I totally missed that air conditioning wasn’t an amenity. Totally my fault.

My daughter and I loved our stay. The unit was immaculate and exactly as described. Loved hearing frogs and birds outside our window! Walking to Magic Sands Beach at sunrise was truly magical. We were only able to stay 2 nights but wished it was a longer visit!

Our stay on the Big Island was very comforting. The Vrbo place we stayed was clean and great location. We also had the opportunity to meet with the owner, Isaac, very nice gentleman. We plan on going back to the Big Island again. MAHALO!

I love this location, close to the beaches for sand and snorkeling. This property is comfortable, clean, exactly as presented, and Isaac is a friendly helpful host. I'll be hoping to stay here again next time I visit the Big Island.

The stay was pleasant and calm. We enjoyed the stay as it is closer to beach. The host is very friendly and helpful. The host also has stash of utilities that you can use for the beach visits like snorkeling equipment and beach mats.

This was a great location for me. Close to a snorkel beach and also a place to see the sunset. There were lots of beach toys for use, including chairs, snorkel equipment and boogie boards. Even water shoes for walking on the lava to enter the ocean. Kitchen was adequate for my needs (hot plate, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. ) When I inadvertantly tripped a breaker by using the microwave and hot plate at the same time it was fixed quickly.
Internet was fine.
There is some road noise from Ali’i drive and I could hear what I guess was the tv from the upstairs unit, but it wasn’t enough to bother my sleep in the comfy bed.

The place has a great parking area. The studio was clean cute and everything I mean everything was provided. The units have a great area in the entrance that provided a sharing is caring area. Things people wanted to leave to share. What a great idea. What I needed was provided. Able to walk to the beach in the mornings. . Quite and comfortable. My sincere Thanks. Suzanne

You can't get a better location. Off the main drag so close to everything, and several beaches within walking distance. The apartment and the area just gives a great zen vibe, making it a perfect place to enjoy Hawaii.

Overall experience was great! The location was great, within very short walking distance to both Magic Sands and Kahalu’u Beach Park and in a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment had a very well equipped kitchenette and had everything needed. Free parking available is also quite helpful. There was beach material, snorkeling gear available for free use, which was a great plus! Isaac was a great host, checking on how everything's going and always available to help, if needed.

My overall experience (for 9 nights) was outstanding. It was close to Magic Sands and Kahaluu beaches, and close to shops and stores at Keauhou Shopping center. I also like the fact it had guaranteed parking spaces. Isaac is a wonderful host, local guy, who als takes care of local chickens and ducks nearby.
Yes, I would definitely stay here again, if I decided to come again.
