Beachfront Living at its finest! This Two Bedroom, Two Bath Villa is located in the beautiful Ko Olina Resort on the quiet West side of Oahu. The Beach Villas are the newest, and only, beachfront condominiums available on the island in 25 years.
This Villa's Designer Furnishings represent the Island Lifestyle that is both luxurious and comfortable. The views from every room are sensational! Open the pocket doors to the lanai and the transition from indoor to outdoor living is seamless. Flat screen TV's in every room, FREE WiFi throughout the Villa, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring Stainless appliances and your choice of coffee maker (drip or Keurig) offer all the comforts of home. While you'll want to spend most of your time in the gorgeous Hawaii sun, if you do need to head inside, the Villa's main living area features an open concept floor plan. Come meal time, channel your inner Food Network star in the fully-equipped kitchen, offering a wine fridge, coffee maker, utensils and dishes. Gather everyone around the large six-person dining room table, with additional kitchen bar seating for two.
After a full-day exploring the beautiful island, retreat to the Villa for some evening rest and relaxation. The living room boasts two comfy couches, flat-screen HD TV, DVD player for movie marathons, and cable TV for catching up on your favorite shows. We also offer high-speed internet if you do need to reconnect with the outside world!
Offering privacy and peace and quiet, the two bedrooms are found on opposite sides of the Villa, with one offering a king bed and the other a queen. You won't have to count sheep thanks to fresh ocean air and the sound of the waves at the Lagoon. Each bedroom also offers a TV and its own private bathroom with tub and shower. If you need even more sleeping space, the living room has a queen pull-out sofa.
We've thought of everything, with modern amenities like a washer and dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fans, linens and beach towels. You'll even find basic necessities like a hair dryer, laundry detergent, toilet paper and soap and shampoo.
You won't have to leave the resort for plenty to do: a pool, hot tub, fitness center, swimming beach, snorkeling and golf are all located on-site. It also has its own restaurants, bars and neighborhood market, as well as practical conveniences like parking, elevators and a gated secure building.

Fantastic location with beach and mountain views. The unit itself was clean, in great condition and provided a serene and comfortable landing pad in between adventures on the beach and elsewhere on the island. The lagoon has a variety of fish and is relatively quiet compared to some of the other beaches. There is a nearby public beach kind of tucked away that if you get there early enough to find parking, you can see sea turtles and even the occasional adventurous monk seal!

We had such a wonderful stay at the villas! Greg our property manager was so responsive and helpful. The views from this condo are fabulous and the condo itself had great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - everyone from grandparents to baby!! Thank you Ola Properties!
