Ka’anapali Beach Club is a resort managed by Diamond Resorts International. The condo has a full sized sofa bed in the living room area if needed. Also kitchen area is very nice when wanting to do some quick meals without going out. Pricing varies a lot depending on dates and room type that is available. Please ask for specific pricing Currently there is a $16 per day fee that has to be paid at the resort in addition to what is shown on here

We like the low key environment at KBC and keep coming back when visiting family on Maui for a vacation stay away from Upcountry! We think the staff is wonderful and the hotel has what we need to relax. Fun pool, good beach and the price is relatively reasonable for what Maui offers! Thank you!

We have stayed at this property many times over the years ;it’s right on the beach and has a lovely pool with waterfall and nicely kept grounds. Has a great bar with sunset views of the ocean -the only drawback to this property is the restaurant has been closed for a few years and there’s just a snack bar. After Covid, several food trucks started operating a short walk away so there’s plenty of to go options if you don’t want To cook in your unit.. There’s also a Community barbecue area. Great stay!

The resort is nice, though they are in process of very needed updates. There is no longer a restraunt. Dont be fooled by a SCENIC view, our room overlooked the mini golf course, and being on the 2nd floor, could shake hands with the players from the balcony😬which meant they could see right into the rooms. We were pleased to get a room with 2 double beds and a sofa sleeper in the living room. We did not have a stove, not sure if some rooms do. The staff from concierge, to front desk, housekeeping, pool support, bartenders, were all great. If you plan to be by the pool on a nice day, get down there early. Despite noticed that your not able to "stake out your spots" everyone does and by 10 am with not many people at the pool,, nearly every lounge chair will be taken with towels.
My one issue with the booking was that the price was listed as one rate, then I was told they didn't have my exact dates avail. But in order to change it, by removing one night, I had to cancel the reservation (I was asked to modify the dates,, or he would,, but that isn't possible) and when I went back in within minutes, the price had gone up nearly 50$ a night. I feel like that was very shady. He then told me the price had been wrong before, but I don't believe that is right to not honor the price listed and also tell someone their dates are not avail (they were, just short a night) just so I have to cancel and then charge me more. I chose this listing for 3 reasons, 1) my family was already staying there in their timeshare, 2) the original price was to my liking, and 3) all the reviews on Don and the property were positive. However, If my family had not been there, I would not have chose to book when the price was changed on me out of principle.

This spot was in a perfect location just north of Kaanapali beach. We are so glad we found it for our quick trip — the only thing we wish is that we could have stayed longer!

I have never been in a cleaner room. It was immaculate! The pool and hot tub areas were very enjoyable. Listening to the waterfalls was so relaxing and drowned out other’s conversations around you. The front concierge people as well as the people that help you plan tourist stuff within the resort were absolutely amazing!
My only two complaints was that we were charged additional daily taxes upon arrival though we were told we were paid in full through VRBO. The only other complaint I have was no actual sit down restaurant in the resort. The only food option there was a walk up an order and wait for your food. Then you had to either take it back to your room or find a place to eat it otherwise. A sit down restaurant would have been amazing on vacation within the resort.
