The spacious upper lanai allows distant ocean views, an outdoor kitchen with stainless BBQ, cherry cabinetry, a refrigerator, a prep sink, a large seating area, and a dining area for eight guests. Other amenities include a full-size laundry room with a Kohler laundry sink and Fisher and Paykel washer and dryer. A built-in office area and printer are great for printing last-minute boarding passes, and a desk area for work-related activities. Enjoy a double-car garage where you will find the included beach chairs and bodyboards for your beach outings and plenty of room for parking.
The nearby Villages amenity center includes a well-equipped gym, free form pool and jetted spa and full kitchen for poolside entertaining with 6-burner gas grill.
All guests have exclusive access to the Mauna Lani Private Beach Club with our electronic pass card. Located in Makaiwa Bay, it provides a safe swimming and snorkeling experience, the Napua Restaurant, on-site beach attendants, cabanas, showers, and some of the best snorkeling on the Big Island. Lounge chairs and cabanas are provided, so you only need to pack beach towels and snorkel gear!
The Mauna Lani Resort offers world-class restaurants at both 5-star hotels, The Fairmont Orchid and The Auberge at Mauna Lani. The condo has all you need. Also, in garage are chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and more. The wagon was a super help. Nice comfy furniture and nice patio as well. My only disappointment was the pool and spa at the clubhouse. Smallish pool and lukewarm spa. We never went back after a brief visit there, too bad. Foodland is handy and walkable from this neighborhood.

We have been to The Villages several times and love the area. We stayed at this property for the first time. It did not offer bicycles as other properties do. The grill was not clean and was old, the living room rug also had some spots and we found cheerios under the living room couch. Why does the owner not include the electric golf cart?

We were in town for a wedding and needed plenty of space for my husband and I, our 2 little boys and our nanny. This house was absolutely perfect. The property was clean, extremely well stocked and beyond comfortable. Would love to stay here again the next time were in town.

We were very excited about escaping the Colorado winter for a small family reunion trip on the Big Island and this property did not disappoint. Location was excellent for easy access to the beaches and great dining. The house was immaculate and well stocked with towels and beach items, and the property manager was very easy to communicate with. Even with a sometimes cranky baby in one room, the house was quiet and insulated enough that the other rooms were undisturbed.
Our only complaint was that some of the pillows were a little flat and beds could use a memory foam mattress topper or pillow topper. They were definitely more on the stiff side for several of us. Still, we will definitely be back for another visit!

We came to visit my brother and his wife. They live in Hilo and came across Saddle Road to visit, staying a the Fairmont Orchid. We stayed in the house with our grandkids and their parents. It is a great house with lots of room and everything we need. The Mauna Lani resort staff were very friendly. Management of this home was (Lissette) very responsive when we had questions. I would rent here again!

What an amazing experience! My one year old’s first priority was to jump into bed and felt the coziness of the bed and sheets. Then a long bath with his big sister.
Lush landscapes to relax the mind and a super easy walk to the shops and grocery made everything perfect for us to get fresh and ready made foods before or after the pool or beach trip. A huge plus to having access to the private beach club!
We’re a family that cooks and enjoyed huddling around the well designed kitchen island. All appliances were premium quality.
Lots of thoughtful design ideas. In fact it was this particular home’s interior design choices that made me excited for this experience.
If you’re reading my post, I would definitely recommend staying here. What a fantastic way to end our last leg of our family Hawaii trip!

Our stay at this unit was wonderful. Beds were comfortable, top notch clean, quiet, and supplies galore. The kitchen had every gadget and appliance you could need although we did not cook (we were on vacation). Shampoo and conditioner provided in the showers were heavenly with a tropical scent. Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and nice beach towels for guest to use. The resort beach is seriously the best beach for snorkeling and sunning. We saw giant turtles, eels and fish galore! Excursions we recommend are the Paradise Seas catamaran snorkel to Captain Cook reef and the manta ray night snorkel - both worth the money. The ladies in the family indulged in a relaxing massage at the Fairmont Hotel next door while the guys golfed. We enjoyed playing cards on the lanai. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more games in the unit (scrabble, uno, trivial pursuit, phase 10) as the town shuts down at 8:00 every night so there was little to do. You won’t regret booking this unit!

This property was ideal for our family vacation. It has three large ensuite bedrooms, two with king size beds and one with two queens. The home came with all the amenities you need: washer, dryer, kitchen (full set of kitchenware), plenty of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) and many baby items (high chair, booster seats, play pen).

We couldn’t have asked for a better property to host our family of 7 adults on our first trip to the big island. Condo and community are beautiful with access to beautiful pool, beach club, walking trails and the shops at Mauna Lani. The property has a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful, spacious beds and baths and all the beach gear you could need. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back!

This place is very nicely furnished and includes a well equipped kitchen that we used a lot. The Lanai is spacious and has nice view and great grill. This unit is quiet and private. We used some of the beach gear included in the garage. We had a minor problem with the gas grill ignition and the manager Lissete had it fixed the next day. We would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed staying at this property at Mauna Lani. We stayed here for two weeks and felt right at home the entire time. The kitchen was fully equipped and all appliances were functioning properly. The pool area and the entire resort is well maintained. We really enjoyed the quiet mornings and evenings on the lanai. The property manager was attentive to us during our stay. I would stay here again and highly recommend this property. Great value!
