AMENITIES
Cable TV, high-speed Internet and password protected WiFi, and local phone service is included in your stay. We provide a starter kit of amenities to include liquid dish soap, powder dishwashing packet, kitchen sponge, trash liners, paper towel roll, coffee, condiment packets, travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap, facial tissue, and an extra roll of toilet paper. We do not replenish amenities after the starter set is depleted. 4 sets of towels are provided in each bathroom. Blankets are available in each bedroom closet. Please note we do not provide beach towels. Beach towels may be purchased at the Ku'ai Market located on the lobby level. Housekeeping cleaning is available for a fee.

This Condo needs updating. Cracked tile on floor, shower needs to be replaced, there is mold on the calking, the kitchen needs remodel the paint on the cabinets are coming off. Not enough electrical plugs for charging laptop and cell phones.

Property could use a little updating. Very little items provided in the kitchen but we didn’t eat in very much. Could use a bigger coffee maker in the kitchen too. But the view was top notch! We had the perfect view of the lagoon and ocean. Also they have started the fireworks back at the Hilton on Friday nights and our view was perfect for them! Was very pleasantly surprised with that! Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Great convenient location within walking distance to many eateries, shops, and tour bookings. Right on the Waikiki Trolly line. Nice amenities including two pools, shops, restaurants, and a great ice cream parlor within the Ilikai. We have stayed at other units in the Ilikai before and have always been happy. This particular unit was not as updated as our previous units and certainly not as well maintained or cleaned. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning unit kept unit cool but was very noisy. The view from the lanai was fantastic as it looked over the pools, lagoon, and ocean. The lanai furniture was very comfortable.

The view, balcony and location of property excellent. The room is outdated especially kitchen and bathroom. Not a problem for the price I paid. In lobby there is a store and a couple eating options, all good! Very nice experience overall 👌

The view is what it is, fantastic! Cozy and quiet lanai. Enjoyed our morning breakfasts with the sunrise.
However, there is only so many times you can paint over the obvious original 1965 teal blue kitchen and bathroom cabinets before the paint falls off in chunks revealing facts. Both the kitchenette and bathroom reveal a VERY strong odour of age each and every time you open a drawer or cabinet! Needs some immediate attention and upgrades. We had the opportunity to view our neighbours rooms either beside or across the hall from us. They were far superior, updated and the price equal or less than this suite. Washer and dryers did not work on this floor (12th) and directed to use facilities on the 7th floor during our stay. Love the Ilikai because it’s close to everything, but will not return to this room.

The place is located in a prime location. The view is outstanding. The bed is super comfortable. Place is clean and cozy. Check in and out was easy. Valet parking for 28$ was worth it.

So overall, the experience here was not bad at all. The check in process was very nice and the location was great, right on the beach and walking distance from a lot of cool things downtown. The main reason I wouldn’t give this place 5 stars is because of how outdated the actual room was. The ceilings in the shower were disgusting, the tv was cable only which isn’t great for having kids. When we got there, there was a huge piece of hubba bubba gum stuck to the floor of the bathroom. To do laundry it’s $2.50 to clean and dry. The lanai was beautiful but I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have small children because the bars are quite large and they could slip right through. Also, my children and I have extreme allergies and are super sensitive. The air filter in this room was awfully dirty. I probably would never stay at this place ever again if I’m being honest.

While the view was amazing and the bed very comfortable, this out-of-date unit needs a serious remodel. We visited other units in the building that had been remodeled and the difference was stark. ONE outlet (not a duplex outlet) in the bathroom, located inside the 1950’s style medicine cabinet—wouldn’t accommodate the plug on my hair dryer. I had to sit on the bed to dry my hair, which meant unplugging either the lamp (I needed the light) or the clock (a hassle resetting it every time). The kitchen is small, but easily reconfigured for more counter space (see unit 1017). Stove out of date with crooked burners. Toaster didn’t work but we rummaged around in the cabinets and found another one that did. First plate we took out of the cabinet was dirty, so I started my dream vacation doing dishes... The furniture on the lanai was stained and the cushions ragged. Bathroom ceiling was falling down in the shower; also vent cover was hanging by one screw. My husband said the shower control was the most corroded he had ever seen. We were there for 10 days and no cleaning service unless we paid $$$$. Laundry room on each floor; washers ok, dryer almost cooked my clothes on low setting. On the bright side, we loved the easy no-contact checkin and checkout, including the keypad on the door instead of carrying around a key card.
